Ok, I got a little too excited. 
I thought since the VA site said "Completed & DHL OK" that it was already delivered. But I guess that just means it was shipped. I'm still happy to find that my orders shipped this morning. 
I'm just not as excited to be at work anymore.

DHL will pick up your parcel around 18:00 local time and few hours later you can track its movement

As soon as that sweet little tracking number pops up...it's pretty much as good as delivered. DHL is wicked fast!
From what I've seen thusfar, DHL from international locations is coming through Cincinnati, I'm in Indianapolis. Should be quick.
Oh, and Q / P were kind enough to put this together! Please add your Serials to this list when your V3 arrives! I know some have posted roll call numbers in the thread so far after they have gotten them. This is still blank tho so putting it out there.

This adapter is aluminum and I was wondering how it compares to the brass adapters. Any thoughts?
The adapter material shouldn't matter for performance since it's using the actual direct connection from the atty.

Delivery in Bagsvaerd, Denmark 18/3 approx. 10:30 AM.
Bulgaria - Denmark, 17 1/2 hours. Amazingly - faster than expected.
Heron # 1 set up approx. as I usually do with Spheroid, double loop (3 threads 2mm silica) - 4 wraps AWG 30 - approx. 1.3 Ω.
Heron # 2 set up with single loop (2 threads 2mm silica) - 7 wraps AWG 30 - approx. 1.3 Ω.
As you can see I lack something to one Spheroid, it will probably be a Piccolo v.4 - when I can afford it!
I think my daily setup will be a mixture of these two setups, 3 threads 2 mm silica but one thread is to be cut so it is not pulled up through the hole in the deck. When 3 threads is going through the hole it is as if the wick is choked and I get dry hits.
So far I am extremely pleased and I expect to continue to be so.

Thanks P. I just went to Domo to order a v3 350 tube.....forgot about the time zones. I'll try to be back there at 1pm. Perhaps it not glasses i need... just a smarter brainMind you that many eye issues can be treated without buying glasses which make your eyes lazy and many doctors don't like to hear that. I don't know your particular case and I am not a doctor either, but glasses are the last approach, when all other methods have failed. And of course to buy mods instead of glasses is not recommended

How would you compare / differentiate the spheroid / heron?

If you start saving now for he Piccolo V4 you should hopefully have enough by the time they announce it.
Heavier, shorter, more airy. The taste is a little early to comment on, expecting it to be just as god as Spheroid or a little more intense. Vaping right now at 2 Heron's and 1 Spheroid. Must slow down a little otherwise I'm afraid to get vapers tongue.

I've been using the V3/Heron in 350 mode since yesterday and it's killer. The flavor and vapor are outstanding, and it really is pretty to look at. The air control really allows for quite a bit of adjustment and I'm enjoying it all the way open. It's working flawlessly. The new V3 switch feels solid and smooth, the Gpin is still awesome.
I really appreciate that GP continues to innovate and improve their products, and these are an impressive leap forward. Well worth the wait and the cost.
I figure I can recoup some cash now that I can sell my Kayfuns!
