I know of one other drip tip manufacturer that has a tip with sleeves, one of the sleeves is brass.

Brian at Drip Tip Designz makes SS core DT's with brass and brass braided sleeves (among a host of others) and will do custom to your design. He's made a bunch of custom tips for me, is very fast to make and ship (sometimes the same day), has exceptional customer service and is just plain a nice guy.

Custom Drip Tips

Here's what I have coming to accent my PAPS SS's and LUX's on my 4 Herons... 2 SS and 2 Brass 22mm (+ 2 all SS for the Spheroids).

EDIT: There was an email and shipping snafu that our own fantellie in the UK singlehandedly got straightened out for me. When I know the bottom line I'll fill you all in on the details. But for starters, fantellie is jewel and ST's customer service is top drawer.

Make sure it's TIGHT >.<

This was trying to polish 2.5 350 tube with Dremel. It seems to have slipped a bit
Idabro, still have that PnB you were looking to get rid of? Only need half

I've seen this happen even when chucked fully and typically due because of too much pressure on polishing/brushing hand.
If you can in the future, cut the thin post off needed and chuck just the larger post into a drill

The post can be bent back but no matter how straight you think it is the tubes will wobble.
No the other tool was spoken for by GP Fambro but, I can certainly help you out and am happy too.
You know the drill....pun intended

I'm just happy it didn't come off and throw the tube.
Don't think I'll be using the Dremel any more

Yeah, the Dremel moves too quickly. If it's any consolation, I did the same thing. I managed to set it back and I only use a power drill now.
