No, it is already done by others and we prefer to keep things simple. Adding separate tiny parts between the atomizer and the mod tends to complicate the maintenance more than a hybrid connection upon the atomizer itself. A switch, a tube with M20x1 threading and a Heron gives a hybrid look with only 3 pieces.
Thank you! I am forming a Vaping Activist Group....VAH. Vapers against Hybrids :).

Exactly. Lol. I still have like 100mls steeping from like November though. I might get a smaller VG heavy batch idk. I find GVC is the only juice I can't really drip. It tastes too different. Heron or KFL? Gimme dat.

The VG heavy is slightly different. But to be honest, it's not bad at all. Plays well against headaches on days I over vape it. I TRY to keep it as my dessert vape in evenings.

I know you are mainly a higher vg vaper. I really wanna see if it changes enough to make it more drip worthy for me.

GVC for me stays in a tank. Like so many, including the wood, we vape GVC in the 1.2ish spot. Most my herons are in .8-1 and spheroids in 1.0. Add to that that in a tank it seems to "last longer", I'm all in.
I've dropped GVC into .8. Oh no. Sweetness isn't there.

Yes. Glad to see others share my thoughts on it.

See, that's about where I'm currently at with the Quasar with GVC (.7 - .8 Ohms). I wonder if I've been killing it all along?!

thanks for the heads up guys...I will try a higher-ohm build tonight for sure!!

at least is stilt tasted good to you at a lower resistance. I too have only vaped GVC at around 1.2 in my SnP/Sophia tank. I haven't had it in a while and will need to set my alarm to pick some up again.

Interesting. I found this on the GVC site:

I would also like to add this >>
Myself and others have found that the best taste for this flavour will come from a Silica Wick atomiser at around 1.8ohms resistance, as opposed to stainless steel mesh/ Genesis style atomiser's or Sub Ohm Micro Coils that will fry the Liquid and result in burnt peppery tasting Liquid, these sub ohm set ups tend to spoil/over cook the sweet flavours including this one, something to bear in mind, this is not only my observations but many others too.

I had posted an older version of this note too, but if you take the time to read the description, you may miss the sale. Grant's elixir is vanished pretty quickly most of the times :D

ATTENTION!

Grant just updated his site:

Another Sale on the 30th June Starting@9.00AM(BST)British Summer Time Thank you as Always >> Grant

That's Monday, at 4:00am Eastern / 1:00am Pacific for you timezone-challenged Americans.

I believe you, but I don't see any update on Grant's web site even when logged in. Do I need a Little Orphan Annie decoder ring to know where to look for it? ;)

I really need to get do this one of these days. Everything is still in the baggies and envelopes that VA ships them in and when you open my dresser drawer it looks like I'm a drug dealer.

At the moment I keep all my GP "extras" in a dozen clear 4.5"X4.5"X1.5" plastic boxes with interlocking lids that keep them together when stacked. They reside on a shelf behind a door in my computer desk hutch, the GP's all stand in front of them. But I'm looking for better, and for all the mods/tubes themselves. Thinking a nice wooden case they can lay in separte cubbies on felt that will slide into one of the big lower cubbies in my hutch. Being where I am I will probably stop by the casino supply one of these days and look at polker chip cases.

You don't get the message until you try to add something to your shopping cart.

Edit: I use a simple tackle box for mod stuff. Works perfectly.

You should look into the lazy Susan stand. Idaho got us hooked. Now we have his and hers. I'll get the pic later. This man does BEAUTIFUL work. Hands down. I can't remember the guy's name off the top of my head though.
