AW MAN, I GOT IT!!! You all are fantastic!!!!!!! I actually used the edges of some rubber thing people use when they have leg muscle issues that was lying in a closet cuz I didn't have any rubberbands ( I grabbed a microcloth too tho @Mackoy 09 ). It's like this long elastic band that comes in different colors for different amounts of tension for leg exercises. Whatever! It was a tool for my PAPS today! Thanks again everybody, I appreciate the help.

Exercise bands? Cool! Was kinda wondering if mine would ever be used for anything. Maybe, there is hope they will some day be useful.
