Good morning GP family! Waiting at Gulfport/Biloxi airport to fly back to Boston via Atlanta....the weather down here is horrible....hopefully it'll be better up north! :)

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Pouring here in the Florida panhandle as well. With any luck it'll move out swiftly.

Yeah I think the whole southeast is getting drenched right now. I'm in Atlanta right now connecting to a flight to Boston and it's absolutely pouring here as well....

Interesting move by a big player in the juice world. Just got this email from five pawns:

We’ve always taken great pride in leading the vaping industry in not only the quality, but also the safety of our product. We were among the first to implement sealed and puncture resistant glass bottles, child resistant caps and we recently updated our warning labels.

As we all know, nicotine can be a dangerous substance if used irresponsibly. To do our part to address this risk, beginning August 15, 2014 Five Pawns is discontinuing the strongest 24mg nicotine strength from our line. The highest nicotine strength available from Five Pawns after August 15 will be 18mg.

At the same time, we are introducing a lower dose 3mg nicotine strength across all of our flavors. Those who’ve been asking for a 3mg strength - we heard you!

We hope you enjoy this addition to the Five Pawns lineup as much as we do.

Interesting indeed.. a recent release by ecita, working with toxicologists suggests that eliquids below 24mg have been proven to be non toxic. http://www.ecita.org.uk/docs/ECITA_Press_Release.pdf

It's a little funny about the 3 mg tho....a very reputable eliquid vendor/manufacturer once told me if you're going to vape 3 mg, you might as well vape zero nic, because you won't realy absorb any from the 3 mg anyways, as we truely don't get the full mg we are vaping...just food for thought. ;)

I have been vaping 6 mg for over 2 years now, but started on 18 mg 4 years ago.

I also started with 18 mg 2,5 years ago and after 6 months I came to 6 mg. I can vape up to 12 mg, but anything below 6 mg makes me crave for a cigarette. I believe he is right.

I've been @6mg two years as well. Started @ 18 or 24mg. Just recently started alternating some 3mg with the 6mg. I like it so far, my goal isn't quitting, just a natural progression for me.

It didn't work for me, but it may work for you :)
