This make
sense. I can't even imagine what impossible things you've done, but the few adventures you kindly shared with us, imply many things beyond the urban way of life and I totally agree, you'll do what you have to do just when it is time for it. Last week, I did some quick repeated movements upside down and spinning, while I was hanging from the hammock, resulting to a slight damage of the muscles of the low back. A muscle strain doesnt sound like a serious injury, but the occurring pain was so severe that I couldn't seat or stand for 3 days.
I felt like an idiot, because I underestimated my limits, thinking that I can do whatever crosses my mind, no matter what. But my body had a different opinion and it rested the case
I feel very grateful for that incident, because I was forced to observe the lulling rhythms of self healing and I sensed the mystery of the human body once again. It can heal everything, if enough time and proper care is given. I'll never understand how it does it, but inner silence is the best fuel for it.
