As far as the deck screws on the Heron. You will find the posts and screws are the same size as the Spheroid V3 upgrade kit and are interchangeable. The bottom nut that secures the positive post(next to serial #) that is accessed by GP fork is the same size as the Spheroid nuts that were in the old version.
Buying the upgrade v3 Spheroid Kit will serve as a spare parts kit for the Spheroid and Heron
Edit - I have many spares if someone needs a quick replacement and am happy to mail out.
