    Hello my GP Family!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

As I told you guys before, I am looking for a new 'temporary house'. A sort of 'do-over' house, until I figure out where I want to live when I grow up next time. When I find that place, I will build my 'dream home'. But... :)

    Yes, I am nuts. :)

A house just went on the market. If I want it, I need to move fast. Offers are being made as we speak. It's not exactly what I was looking for. But, I am tired of house shopping. I have a question.. Has anyone had any experience with 'engineered wood flooring'? It is cherry. I have only had old-school wood floors. I am a critter person, so I would prefer all tile. I am trying to get an idea of how 'hardy' 'engineered wood flooring' is. I can replace it with tile, but am wondering if I will be forced to. Any thoughts?

Have I mentioned lately?... I love and appreciate my GP Family, and my Xs! :)

BTW: This is the house: 10351 Pepe Ln, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 - Home For Sale and Real Estate Listing - realtor.com®

WOW! If I had a house that big I would end up just adding more junk that for some reason I can't live without. Or in my case MORE PETS. That is a big house for one person! I'm with you on the pool thing. I had one and since I refused to have service done it, it was a constant nightmare of getting the chemical right. I was always so mad at it I never used it. And I am with you on searching for a house...it can be really draining. And you are still recouping your strength.

It does look like it is pending some conditions. To me that sounds like it is still available for offers. I hope the best for you.

I recently read on Reddit how awesome are coils up to 0,15Ω. Anything above doesn't considered trendy. Shops in California prepare such builds for new vapers ... How awesome is that?

Social trends, ignorance, inability of use or absence of decent equipment to measure Volts and Ohms, counterfeited batteries, over discharged cells, cheap chargers, SLR values, bad designed APVs, etc. Too many parameters can affect the safety of a sub ohm coil. Your post will be read by hundreds of people and you may know very well what you're doing, but I ought to respond with a disclaimer for the others who don't.

These things drive me absolutely crazy! I'm constantly seeing the "trendy" builds on FB and such, using quad-parallel-supercoils using wires that are bigger than some jumpstart cables. I don't necessarily mind people doing these things when they know what they're doing, but all too often now I see people just following the trend, and they'll ask "is it safe to use this 14 gauge wire with 5 wraps" and no other information. Makes you just want to slap someone.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, though, I find I get the best flavor from my Spheroid with 28 gauge at .8 ohms. I'm not a chainvaper when it comes to tanks so I never get it too hot, and I'm always using Sony VTC5 and AW in 18650 with that build. I had a 1.4 with 30 gauge and the flavor wasn't as good. Which is strange because I don't like a subohm vape from my Russian at all.

Then again I've had pretty bad vaper's tongue since receiving the Spheroid a couple weeks ago, so that may come into play. Looking at vaping DIY unflavored for a week to reset my taste buds and maybe my mind will change then.

I was, for the longest time, a sub-ohm vaper (never below .4 though) before I got back into tanks. And now that I'm looking to get some experience with gennies it looks like I'll be back to more subohming...

What's your sweet spot with the Spheroid? Battery/wire gauge/wraps/silica or ekowool? It's already got the best flavor of all of my atomizers (Omega RDA, Mutation X RDA, Magma RDA, badly-built cotton wick Kraken, Taifun GT, and Russian) but I know there's more hiding somewhere...

Most of the houses I am looking at, really are too big for just me. But... :)

'Stuff' isn't a problem for me. I have no desire for 'stuff' anymore. I like empty houses. But, critters, that's another story. :)

I never wanted a pool. Just another expense. But, it is really hard to buy a house here without one. So.... :)

Yes, still recouping. But, getting better. :)

    Thanks! :)

Funny reading this. The other day I threw together a really cheap dinner - I usually do when Vapour Day is approaching & my son asked if I was about to buy something new.

I said maybe but the truth was I didn't feel like cooking!

He likes my Lux & twice I've had to have him come home -- emergency -- empty his pockets!!

Sorry you missed it. Something will come your way!

So there's a Vapor Day on the horizon and folks are starting to come out of hiding after being mostly MIA for a month? ;)

Not posting doesn't mean hiding..........too many forums so little time........

I've had to teach myself restraint -- the last Vapour Day showed me I could do it.
If I spent all my money on new gear all the time their really wouldn't be any food in the house.

I guess they are coming out of hiding at a good time. :)

    :)
