From what I have been hearing you don't want to check the almanac...sounds like a repeat of the long, cold winter we had last year:(

Man if I could dislike this post I would with no offense to the OP :)

I've read some of the worst winter experience in recent memory. And that's counting the absolute insane January we had 3 years ago.

Hello my GP Family! :)

I have been using my very long Tanbur Tips, almost since I started vaping. Once I tried them, I never used other tips. I told you guys I won some tips, and was liking the long/bent one. But.. The tip is drilled out to a smaller diameter than I have ever tried. Between that, and my draw, I was sucking some juice. I put those tips away. Not for me. So, today I ran some GVC to my local vape shop dude. While I was there, I bought an angle tip adaptor. That, with my Tanbur Tip... I am liking it! :)

Look at me, all excited about drip tips. Doesn't take much, does it? :)

My best friend, at home, owns a machine shop. He hasn't made me anything in a while. I do a lot of 'business' things for him, so he has been begging me to come up with something I want him to make me. He knows how much I love stainless steel. For a while now, I have been thinking it would be nice to have a SS atty holder. So, I think I am going to have him make me one or two bars with 510 connections. I figure, either one bar with 10 connections. Or, two bars with 5 connections. Sound fun? :)

I like it! Maybe he can make one of the 510s an ohm reader? Just a thought... ;)

Actually, yes, I recently bought some after a friend gave me a sample. I didn't really like it at first but I couldn't stop vaping it. I don't crave it, but it's a nice change of pace for me.

I bought 100ml of Grants 4/14.....9/14 still have about 90ml left. I think I'm the only one who finds it *just Ok* ..... not something great enough to be an ADV.

I think it is good, but it is too sweet and too expensive, to be a 'daily' for me. I love my coffee. :)

Practice practice practice!! I have been trying to perfect my genny-building technique for over a year now. started with an RSST, then moved onto a Steam Turbine and Prometheus. At first I was falling flat on my face. Hot spots galore, poor wicking, or flooding were the usual outcomes. But as time wore on, I started to slowly but surely get better. I began to pay att'n to what size SS mesh I was using (lower mesh counts for thicker VG juices, higher mesh counts for PG based juices), and wick thickness/density. All this stuff plays a part in how well your genny will work.

If you stick with it, you will get better; trust me.But it takes practice for sure.... I am now enjoying vaping genisis attys right along side my Herons/Spheroids....Needless to say, I am content ATM... :)

Agreed!! It is probably my favorite atty right now out of all of them.....

My 1st genny was the RSST. I always felt like something was missing- didn't enjoy the vape.
Held onto it though- purely for nostalgia.

Eventually picked up the mesh bug again & started using it in some RBA's- this made me want to try gennies again.

It wasn't until my Diablo (Label Series) that I fell head over heels for gennies. Current build is RxW over ceramic. I'm loving it!

Haha...No! I needs another v2.5 650 tube as it is!

Really glad to see you down to 0 smokes :)
...and you're welcome!

I totally agree with Yankee too. All I wanted was a good setup that works. I don't care to chase the latest hardware or coil of the week. I just want something I don't have to futz with, and can just fill it and vape it and go on with my life.

I still need to get a v3 top cap & v3 button switch for mine. Too many toys- not enough money. :(

My priority is the bathroom remodel, then kitchen, then whatever else needs to be fixed around here.

One day.......

I've been on the hunt for some more big bore drip tips myself for all my new bottom feeders (5 of them so far). Just had PV/etc stands made... 3 of them that'll each hold 5 of my tube PV's - one for the 5 GP X's, another for the 3 GP V3's, 2.1 and Piccolo (for now with an insert), one for the 5 ProVari's (the other dozen and a half or so tube mods are in never again land); one for 36 extra drip tips and one that'll hold 16 batteries to rotate them from (but I should have had it made for 30), all out of maple. On the list is designing one for all my extra toppers and one or two for my box mods, a tool stand for the esentials I use everyday to tend my PV's... then having them build them as well.

I'm on the it's OK list, too sweet for an ADV for me. GVC was the best of the 8 other hyped VC's that I tried. Still have about 250ml out of the 300 ml I bought (all three blends) as I use it as a sometimes vape (not daily). My new thing is trying out some Ahlusion jooses, and trying to use up about 70-80 bottles of others that have been haunting me for months, most of them 30ml bottles. The bottom feeders are helping me blow through them faster though, so they are steadily going away.

Hi Everyone. I haven't stopped by since 9/3. Ive been trying to enjoy the last days of summer with the family.

Spent the evening catching up on all the posts. Great to see so many old and new enjoying GP gear.

I missed this VDAY but looking forward to the next one.

I had a great time at ECC. Brought all my GPs with me. I tried a plethora of other mods while there and none compare to GP.

I only have one mod 'out' at a time. I keep them all in their 'stacked' cases. I have seven KFLs in the daily rotation. The holders will be for them. Now, I just need to figure out the dimensions I want. I would love to have a topper for it as well, but he is such a busy man. Oh well. :)

Sprdro: BTW..

All I'll keep out on my computer desk in the way of PV's now days is 5 GP's and 5 Reos (newest additions bought during Euro Summer), and a few extra atty's for additional joose rotations, batts, bottles of jooses in racks, DT's, tools, all my pass throughs, etc. Although in the hutch behind a closed door is almost all the extra PV's, GP spare parts, extra atty's and batts, etc. Everything else is in my DIY lab desk and it's shelving unit. Keeping everything in just two palces makes it easier to find things, and they do not get in my way.

For your KFL's, if the rack will have 510 connectors to screw them into it's just a matter of deciding what spacing between them you want. All on one bar, or maybe on two bars with one lower than the other so they are staggered between the top bar's KFL's since you have an old number of them (as a single stand). Mine were made so the joose bottle of what is in the PV can stand behind or in front of the PV to know at a glance what joose it contains. Solves the problem of keeping track when you are rotating 10-12 PV's all day/night.

A video you and others might enjoy...

Glad to hear I am not the only one using 6-8juices a day!
