Config 1 has new AW18650s. Config 2 has new AW18490s. I have Heron v1s in all of them with the long Heron pin. I use the same v4 switch in both configurations - the taller insulator is used.

Edit:
I may need to watch this. I removed my Heron, took out the battery and noticed that the switch unscrewed without me unscrewing the negative post.

I have been installing as instructed in the video.

I have disassembled/reassembled again without the firing in the unlocked position (testing it on my desk at work right now) and things seem to be working again.

I am not sure what may have caused the switch housing to have worked itself loose but I will monitor and report back with my observations over the next couple of days.

Thanks, P, for the quick and helpful response as always[emoji3]

You're welcome and I am glad we found the cause of the issue :)
During assembling the locking ring has to be tightened on the switch housing as per video instructions, otherwise the negative post will be loose.

By the way qorax, before I forget, what's the music you used in the background and for transitions in your Spheroid v4 review video? I want to hear more of it. It reminded me of Bombay Dub Orchestra.

Edit: Never mind, just saw the music credits in the YouTube description.

The pricing on the GP Spheroid v4 seems curious to me and I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

If I want a GP Spheroid v4 with a 510 connection and a GPin adapter it seems that the cheaper route is to choose the "GP Spheroid v4 with 510 connection" option and check the "Spare GPin adapter, +24,50 €" box for a total of 123.50 €. If I instead choose the "GP Spheroid v4 with Gpin connection, +6,00 €" option and check the "Spare 510 adapter, +24,50 €" box then my total would be more at 129.50 € for seemingly the same thing. What am I missing here?

The missing point is that the Spheroid alone with a GPin connection costs € 6 more than with a 510 connection, but we discounted the price of the GPin adapter for those who want an additional connection.

I believe that my order was processed in the first minutes (email notification at 1:06 PM CT - I got a late start because I was presenting in a meeting), but I imagine that a custom polished finish will delay processing and shipping. I ordered a custom polished finish on one of my GP Paps v4s on a Friday Vapourday and it shipped the next Tuesday for a Thursday morning DHL delivery, which was totally fine with me.

This bug in your signature got bigger or it was always so big? I tempted to sweep my display again :D

During the ECF switch I lost the bug all together. Today I decided I wanted it back so I found another way, lol. And yes, I believe this one is a bit bigger. ;)
