You're welcome and I am glad we found the cause of the issue :)
During assembling the locking ring has to be tightened on the switch housing as per video instructions, otherwise the negative post will be loose.
Hi master P!

I don't think I've actually found the issue, I've just kind of confirmed it. Last night I reassembled the switch according to the video (what I've always done anyway) and I'm still having the same issue. The button has come to protrude from the switch housing a tiny bit which causes it to fire when standing upright and unlocked. Hopefully this picture shows this...

I have to post this outside since I have bad signal at my office. when I go back inside I will remove the Heron and battery and check to see if the negative post has become unscrewed/loosened in any way.

I have already confirmed that the switch housing is screwed/seated all the way in.

Hello my friend :)

The switch is not well assembled for sure, there is no way for the button to stand out on its own, neither from pressure, if it is tightened. Please check the locking ring if it was tightened during the assembling, not the housing. To understand what I mean check the video.

Observe the actions we do to assemble the whole switch starting at 01:40 please.

Okay... I have confirmed that the switch housing is still tightly installed BUT the negative screw has come loose and needed to be tightened up. Weird, but I've never had this problem before with any of the other switches. I screw the post in firmly but don't torque it a whole lot (afraid it will get stuck). I'm wondering how this is happening.

The only thing I can think of is that my gpin in my Heron is putting too much pressure on my battery and, thus, the negative post as well so when I remove the Heron to change batteries the post unscrews with it.

I'll have to figure out a way to work this out. Maybe I need to use the shorter pin the Heron came with to put less pressure on the battery. I don't always carry around a screwdriver in my pocket so can't fix it when I'm out and about (my fingers don't fit into tube).

Thanks for the feedback, P. =)

The LOCKING RING is what we must pay attention to during assembling, not the switch housing itself. If the locking ring is not screwed all the way up till to be tight and immovable, before you insert the button, then the negative contact won't be able to secure the button. Please check the video at 1:38 and after, it is really simple.

There is an easy way to remove the switch without screwdriver. Lock the switch, then put your index finger onto the button and push it, while you turn the switch counterclockwise with your thumb and the middle finger - also the ring finger and the pinky one :) : it will unscrew at once.

I seriously doubt that the GP Spheroid v4 comes pre-coiled. I'm not sure that they come with fluff, but fortunately, you can use them without fluff.

Omg no fluff come with GP Spheroid v4 and not pre-coiled? Can i buy stock of fluff and update it to my previous buy so that i wont have to pay 15 euro for shipping because fluff itself is just 3 euro

Congrats for your Spheroid!
Every Spheroid comes with fluff and each setup can be used for months, you just rinse it under tap water and squeeze it, no need to unfold it from the bell, while it is one of the easiest atties to coil. If you encounter any problem, we are happy to assist and there are plenty of tutorials and different builds here: GP Series by VapourArt - Advance Notifications, Tips & Tricks & Updates Thread.

No, it does not come pre-coiled. And neither pre-rolled. B'coz, everyone has his/her own preference of setting it up. And any-which-way you do ~ it vapes outstandingly.

The package comes with some important spares, including some expendables like the GP Fluff. It is unto us to roll it around the Chimney Shaft. Which btw, is a simple task. As @perseas suggested earlier - pls take a look at the "Tips & Tricks" thread, there's a plethora of coiling, wicking and fluffing technique/s re-recorded in that thread.

Hello Nik,

The options are 2-tone and mirror polished finish as Miroslava wrote and from 1st of September the bead blasted finish. Due to summer holidays the lab for the last finish is closed. An email as you did or a note inside the order is a quick way to inform us about your choice :)

Woke up to a shipping email and DHL tracking number. Great service as always, Perseas. Thank you!
You're welcome :)
We received many orders with custom requests (finish, engraving), so we sent some ordinary ones today and till Friday we shall dispatch them all.

If we did not receive a shipping notice today (no custom requests), does this mean the order will not ship until friday?
