Regarding the base... I actually have zero problem having a 510 base. P is right. Many drippers are going on box/reg mods. The versatility is an added bonus. Earlier this year I purchased 2 510 bases for the original Heron. The flexibility to move that Atty around was the reason. And on the original is a fast change to switch bases if needed.
Yesterday (Australian time) was my three-year vaping anniversary. As part of my annual update over on the aussie vapers forum, I wrote:

I'm receiving a glorious stainless steel squonker (SSCC) next week along with a ultem button although I didn't have an atty to match it yet - I just knew I would find one worthy of crowning my precious. I am over the moon about this announcement! Purrfect timing!
Opa! Can't wait...even though I have a TON of drippers, I'm sure this one will be spectacular! Just when I thought I was done buying gear [emoji33]

I'd love to have a GP dripper to put on my favorite mech(the only ones I've held on to). The word that there is a dripper in the works reached me on Facebook today and brought me back to this thread to get all the latest info. I cannot wait to see more!!!
This looks to be perfect. I haven't seen anything but a mess of ultem, but I'm already convinced it will be perfect
We returned from the CNC very late yesterday night and we finished just now. The photos are from a prototype, the posts still have rough edges. The production model will be refined and uniform. The well has a depth of 6 mm from the air holes, capacity 30-50 drops, dual coil with option for single coil. A Heron engine will be engraved on the Ultem cap and some extra accessories are under construction.
Looking good. What diameter is that? Looks bigger than a 22mm. Will a ss cap be available?

Thank you! It is 22mm. We didn't make a SS cap, it would become too hot during use. The Ultem cap dissipates the developing heat very efficiently and it has internal grooves for minimal spitback.
I'm here, looking at this, trying as I might to think what perseas has in mind for accessories....... this is an interesting project to be watching.
Just to ask... Will it have the option (pin) to work as a sealed bottom add well as a bottom fed pin? Our does that fall under the "accessory" category?

The BF pin will be included with the GP Dripper as a spare additionally to the 510 pin. The internal bore of the positive post will be sealed when we use the 510 pin. As for the accessories, we are working on an additional cap which will function as a single coil reducer for extra flavour and vapour density and an ULTEM drip tip.
As it has happened with previous releases, the first batches will be quite limited due to time consuming construction of the base's interior.
