These Here United States
We sold a few of them among others to be delivered in American soil before August 8 and the owners are under confidential agreement not to unveil them yet. The following products have been sent already under the same deal: GP® Dripper, GP® Dripper Pro, GP Heron® v3 and GP® Spheroid v5. All units are production models.

Do the GP Dripper and GP Dripper Pro use the same Ultem top cap?

Is he holster an older item I just never noticed and has made a return or is it new? I want one of these. I assume there's a different shipping option than the flat rate ? Ought vape doesn't seem to carry. Anyone have one of these and how does it compare to other items ? Any method of mount for no belt- like waist clip?

Never saw this before

The PnB requires a 510 connection, so the HnP/Piccoloid as a hybrid can be refreshed only by us, but you can try it with a Paps top cap/ Piccolo top cap in the place of the switch with the PnB attached to it. Or rub it with scotch-brite to maintain a brushed finish.

Oh that's a good thought. I hadn't considered
Mounting a top cap on the bottom. Durr. So scotch brite by hand or in concert with pnb? I guess that's about the same as a green side sponge. As I mentioned before I had an accident that broke my heart. I think it's beyond repair honestly. Not it can probably be improved somewhat.

It's not awful as I had small tank savers on it but if I can remedy it to a degree is like to.

Thanks @Perseus. Maybe I should send it in but I think it would require a fair amount of parts replacement not just rebrushing. So maybe I should give it my best then settle in for a new
Piccoloid. - what do you think - worth sending in or too many parts to be worth it ?

I know it's not pretty but I use these for the piccoloid when in or casually because I have to wear shorts so much here and at 6'5" + the angle of my leg means smooth objects fall out of my pocket when I sit. The rubber grabs the inside of the pocket a bit. Had I not been using these the entire mod would have had road rash.

This is what happened - and again it's not bad. But I think I can tidy it up and I'm itching to use my pnb on something. The nicks are the issue. The scratches less so.

I'd like to see some durable GP sleeves for
Casual outings or times when the device needs to be protected. I'll let you interpret sleeve - but I imagine this kind of saver that runs the full tube. I could Probably find something made for small flashlights for when durability is needed.

I'm not someone who needs pristine mods that I plan on keeping a lifetime. I can't be the only one who would use that ? For me when out photographing and with full hands forr others hunting or fishing or vacationing etc. obviously most of the time we wouldn't want to obscure the beauty but some kind of a sleeve to be placed as needed either Teflon or neoprene or something. In a pinch I use gaffer tape when I'm photographing street and don't want the shiny and may drop it.

Here's the damage first the severe then the minor surface blemishes. I'm thankful I didn't end up a lot worse off.

Here's a surface scratch - feel it with a finger nail and inside switch body also

Small rash dots sort of all
Over.

The rest are variants of those.

Certainly wear is going to happen. It's a testament to gp no dents or bashed in tanks occurred and the little tank savers did help - anyone else think a removable sleeve of some Kind could be useful? Maybe more mode the larger paps.

Part of me says ok. Now she's broken in for my daily vape without worrying anymore. Another part wants to see what a fully polished piccoloid looks like.

@perseus I still want a spare AFC for the heron v2 . Will that be available as spare part and you plan on having maintenance parts ongoing too right ? Like o ring kits and such? When you change versions do you fully end of life a product? A polished AFC is a must !

Sorry again for all the posts. It's a rare day I can make them with mostly Working hands and fingers / pain level. I appreciate the family's patience. I'm inly posting here rather than pm in case others have the same questions. I think that's it! Sorry all and thanks.

I believe that Vapourart starting including holsters with the GP Paps X v1.5. Different types are supposed to come with the Paps X versions (single holster with Paps X and double holster with Paps X LUX), and I think the GP Paps v3 LUX came with one.

I think it is in a pretty good condition for the time, no need to send it for refinishing yet. Use a scotch-brite with your hand for the brushed parts, although the initial finish cannot be replicated exactly, because it has been made with professional belt. Another option is to send it for a bead blasted finish which makes the surface scratch and slip resistant, with polished accents for the AFC and the switch, this combination is very nice.

Send us an email asking if there is remaining stock of the holsters with the cover referring my post here and tomorrow morning our personnel will get back to you.

Regarding the custom AFC ring, I have answered a few days ago: #10838
And yes, we support our discontinued products for a long time , no worries.

Do the GP Dripper and GP Dripper Pro use the same Ultem top cap?

No, they have completely different designs.

Thank you. I really am sorry about the other answer. I thought my medication memory was improving. Sheesh how embarrassing and annoying for you and others. I'll try to check back better so I don't continue the trend. I'm
Sorry.

I shall send email tomorrow about the holster - and hanks again for your patience. Photos are hard to represent. I'll get the scotch brite. There's no shame in wear - it's character. But when you're laid up and have the pnb and some damage trigger fingers get itchy. :)

That's good information about the bead blast. I wasn't educated well on the finishing differences so in the future I'll select that option whenever available. I think that's my cup of tea and better for the fumbler in me.

You all realize @qorax Stan is sitting there smiling with new GP goods ready for release day. That guy!! I'm crawling around the site hunting for clues and getting nothing! Can't wait can't wait !

I'll be quiet and read now. Thanks everyone. Try the Clapton build. It's so good. I can't praise the heron v2 with that build highly enough. Definite go to device /build.

On the Clapton build i forgot an important part - But I've mentioned it before. we do both use a ptfe reducer from 3mm to 2mm. The melting temp Of ptfe is ore than good enough and the reduction of the inner air feed allows a bit more density for mouth to lung - restricted lung inhalers want to skip it. A foot on eBay of 3mm od 2mm is is a few dollars. Flourotherm a Would probably be ok but has a lower melting point - so try for ptfe.one foot order would do fifty tanks .

Perseas, does either the GP Dripper or GP Dripper Pro have a velocity style deck?

I didn't mean it to seem like a request or a preference. I'm just curious how the GP Dripper Pro differs from the GP Dripper.

I will post technical details regarding GP Dripper Pro when the time for release is near. Right now we shall have available only the GP Dripper. You can thing of the Pro as his big brother, permitting all kinds of builds with bigger posts, more air, different chamber, etc. Each design is different.

I gotta say that since I recieved my GP SS X Lux, I am kinda ruined for online and B&M shopping.

I ordered a Lux 18650 tube for it though, but until they have better availability on mechs in the 100€ range (another v4 run anyone?!), I am standing pat.

Great people to deal with BTW... 3-4 days shipping from Bulgaria to Toronto? Crazy!

I couldn't agree more. I'm currently dealing with another boutique vendor who I own a great deal of products from. I'd say about 40% of what's arrived has been defective and getting any kind of support is ridiculously difficult. It takes a month for my emails to be answered and then the guy drags them on for three weeks before he gives me a shipping address and tells me to send it in. Then he tells me to send it uninsured to which I ask in the unlikely event it's lost will you replace the items if they're are uninsured? I get a return email five days later stating that I should go ahead and ensure it and whatever value I declare include 40% money for him to pay import tax on a warranty repair

I can't tell you how much I regret buying this companies devices and how much I wish I put all that money into GP but unfortunately I didn't know about them. Dealing with people like GP and Perseus is such a breath of fresh air in a boutique industry filled with arrogant teenage attitude even from men in their 40s and beyond.

Anyone who has not experienced a GP product is missing out and anyone who like me has had to deal with really crappy boutique vendors let me absolutely state you will not find better support in the vaping industry than that of GP. They have won my business for life absolutely

* still at a hotel using the phone to post and I cut my thumb so this was all dictated if you can't understand something say it out loud and it will probably sound like what it was meant to be LOL

I ordered the Lux tube and they shipped it out before I even paid for it as it was closing time there and sleepy time here and they wanted to ship it.

Not many manufacturers would do that and they didn't even know me beyond the fact that I bought a mod the week before!

I have no trouble believing that whatsoever I'd like to buy one more paps I guess there's no V5 or there is a V5 does that mean the V4 will go on clearance?

Sometimes it's hard to spend $100 like that but when you know you have a mod that will last a lifetime or until you destroy it clearly worth it
