Hey all. For those of you who like to drip small the mega volt is a good match. If there is any request I can change to an amber cap to show you.

Its not the same kind of classy as a gp mech mod but it is a very good very small temp control mod that suits the gp dripper superbly. Plus it's cheap. So you can use it to go with no regard for daily abuse and you can throw a tank saver band on the beauty queen up top to prevent wear on the gp dripper.

DHL Express is a joke, my Dripper Pro is still nowhere to be seen and it's the 6th day after perseas sent it.
Time to reclaim that express premium they charge. The story behind it (if anyone is interested).

First day (monday) the driver claims he did not find the address, i called dhl express and they agreed to take the package to a partner store and i could get it there next day.

Tuesday noon, 20km away the next day the store knew nothing about my package. I called DHL Express and they said they tried to again deliver the package to my home address pardon, whoopsie on their side - driver loaded the package again for delivery. I called customer service (very friendly) "tomorrow your package will be at the partner store we apologise....
Wednesday at about 8 am I got SMS "your parcel will be delivered today..." Called the partner store - no package there, called DHL "... there has obviously gone something wrong, we apologize". Afternoon I was at home (unplanned) when I got SMS "we could not deliver..." wtf?! Called DHL "Our driver tried to deliver but noone was at home but tomorrow your parcel will be at the partner shop".

Thursday 9:08 SMS "your parcel will be delivered today..." Called the store, no parcel there.... Called DHL, waiting for them to call back...

We shall investigate the incident and don't worry, even if they lost the parcel we shall replace it. Give me please your order number and we'll contact them today.

We just sent you a telephone number of DHL Austria to arrange the delivery at a convenient time and place of your likeness and they shall inform you why they didn't deliver yet.

I keep you updated but would suggest you reclaim the express fees from them as even in the case the package arrives tomorrow that long of a turnaround time for express shipping is inacceptable.

I see! We refunded you the shipping already. This is a highly isolated incident and from the thousands of orders we have sent all over the world through DHL, such cases are below 10 in number. However, I am really sorry for the delay.

Dear brother @A-C-E, I feel your pain. I too have experienced a few such instances with many courier companies, not just DHL - and not with Vapour Art tho. It really gets frustrating - and gets into your nerves.

But rest assured, these are one off instances. Usually GP's shipping is a marvelous feat. I've received tons of gears from them over a 5-yr period, and 99% of the time they reach me within 3-days. Many a times just in 2-days. And I remember twice - package came in one day (tho I still cannot figure out how did that happen).

Well, I bit the bullet and ordered AW 14500 batteries from UK ... and now have the Piccoloid and the 510 Adapter sitting in my basket at Vapourart! Before I hit "go" is there any coupon/discount I should know about?

Just know that the GP Piccoloid v2 is hybrid so that means the Piccolo will NOT have the 510 top cap. You do not need it with the Piccoloid v2 bought as such because the Spheroid v4 has the GPin. The 510 piccolo top cap would only be needed if you wanted to use another atty that has 510 pin.

Ah, maybe I'm misunderstanding. I want to be able to use the Spheroid with other mods -- not to use other atomizers with the Piccoloid bottom!

Finally could get my Dripper Pro from the store in the evening

Anyone know of a good way to clean the Heron afr (peek)? Mine is already discolored from a couple of weeks of use. It's working fantasticly though!

I typically rewick every other day but don't have to recoil for several weeks so I don't get to remove the afr often.

Rubbing with a paper towel and even a light scraping with a precision screwdriver (while in place) doesn't seem to get the job done. It looks burnt but I have at least a couple of mm of space between the afr and 1.2ohm single coil.

I'm selfishly hoping that the Heron v3 comes with both a built in ss raised lip around the deck hole and a single hole deck lid.

That would be great for me as my build aren't quite as perfect as everyone else's seem to be

My first attempt had some leakage from the air hole. I suspect it was either than I dripped in too much juice, or that the coil may be a bit too close to the deck. Your thoughts on this?
