It is hard to give advice on this subject, as no ones quitting story is exactly the same. For me, I enjoy flavored liquids, as I have no interest in smoking tobacco.

It really is a mindset you have to get into. Vaporing is NOT smoking. It’s something completely different. It’s a way to enjoy an addiction to nicotine (yes – I’m addicted to nicotine and I have no problem admitting it. I’m also addicted to caffeine and chocolate).

You CAN be addicted to nicotine and not harm yourself and everyone around you.

You need to change your thinking. You are addicted to nicotine. So, you can either smoke a cigarette and slowly kill yourself, or puff on an e-cig and breath harmless water vapor.

The choice is YOURS to make. It sounds like you just need to make it.

Everyone is different for sure, what works for me , may or may not work for you. First I think it's important that we realize you cannot duplicate burning leaves and stems (plus some 7,000 chemicals added to get you hooked and keep you hooked) . Most "tobacco" tastes like fresh tobacco (or a variation of cured) . Have you tried any of the good RY4 variations?
Halo Tribecca has gotten many folks here satisfied and off the stinkie death trail. Depending on what you smoked and how much you "may" need to go 24mg (that is what I like Tribecca in still btw) A real "throat hit" (to me at least). Several folks here also swear by Heather's Heavenly Vapes (especially the Gandolf) You CAN DO THIS! Merry Chirstmas !!!

You really do have to mentally come to terms with the fact that VAPING ISN'T SMOKING (it's very important!).

When I started vaping, I purposely went for the fruity/menthol flavors just to help myself realize that they're two different things. A cigarette tastes like a cigarette, vaping tastes good. If you can keep yourself away from having a cigarette for a month - go back and try one and see what it actually tastes like.

For me, having a large gap in smoking and then having a cigarette was a large part in cementing the fact that I didn't want to smoke anymore. I did that a few times before learning my lesson. I'd go a month, have one and only smoke 1/4 of it. I'd do the same thing the next month, and the month after until my hard-headed cigarette loving brain finally decided to stop trying that and I haven't even had a thought of lighting up in well over a year and a half.

I also used to LOVE smoking while drinking and there were a few months where I'd go out drinking and end up smoking all night. Now even my drunk self would rather vape :toast: After you aren't accustomed to having one every day you'll realize how terrible they actually are.

I've been vaping since late September and I still haven't completely stopped smoking. My trouble comes in the mornings, late at night, and weekends when I drink and eat junky and pretty much let everything go. Of the smoking times the morning is the easiest not to smoke, usually I hit the PV after waking up but not always. Maybe after the holidays when I get back on a regular schedule I'll kick the stinkies for good who knows.

I found that during weekdays it's easy to only bring vaping supplies to work and vape when I normally would smoke. Out of sight out of mind, it's so easy to go a work day without them and I've really torn a big hole in my smoking habbit. I've cut back the smoking a good 90%, maybe 80% counting the weekends, and I smoked daily for about 26/27 years. I can honestly say I prefer vaping, I'd much rather go without cigs the rest of my life than my PV if I had to choose right now and it's not even close. I don't know why I still pick up a couple of smokes. Maybe it's something about it I haven't quite let go of yet. It's tough to think of a common sense reason to pick up a cigarette.

You know, I was a menthol smoker, and still vape menthol also, but what really did it for me, was flavor.

Now I add flavor to my menthol, like Blackberry or Apple, or Watermelon, or Appletini and it changed my
whole perspective. Now I like the flavors way more than I ever liked smoking...so maybe you should sneak
a flavor into your tobacco flavor (just a hint - not full on) and see if it helps. My daughter says my breath
smells like whatever I'm vaping, which is good news IMO. :D

You need to find a ejuice you like and a lot of tobacco flavored ejuice simply SUCKS.
There are some good ones out there but the better thing to do is find a flavor you like ..probably fruit flavor and buy ejuice of that flavor.
Up the nic content like the other person said and enjoy the taste. You will still get your nicotine which should keep you from going back to cancer sticks. Once I stopped trying to find an ejuice that tasted like parliament or Marlboro I was very happy.
went to fruit flavors like watermelon, cantaloupe and honeysuckle and they taste great. I know those flavors are not for everyone but I hope you see my point.

try the enjoy king disposable to get you over the hump. it tastes as close to the real thing as you can get.
use code tryking at the website to get a free sample. its astoundingly real.

I agree. I wish I could afford to just use the NJoy King. Tastes and feels like a real cigarette! :)
