Mine is based on an SVG file. The problem is, you cannot use it until it is converted to JPEG or whatever. But MY conversion is clean, the site upload (even through hosting site) seems to screw them up royally.

If you can fix it, I will be impressed.

I've tried all of Alices flavors and out the 28 flavors still currently available, I can say I LOVED 12 of them. Another 10 are not in my usual flavor profile, but were not bad by any means, and the other 6 I didn't care for at all I think were just completly not what I like in flavors.

I like to tell everyone if your looking for an excellent quality ADV at a good price go with AIV. I've never found one person who couldn't find an ADV from them. Their flavors are mellow, not too sweet, not too spicy, etc, and tasty. If you prefer flavor that knocks your taste buds and sends them in a frenzy- then it's probably not for you BUT even in that case- you can order the juices with EXTRA FLAVOR so if you find a flavor you like that is too mellow- get extra flavor added and it won't be mellow any more.

I wish i'd never mentioned Lion-O now! As a true and honourable provarinati priest i hereby renounce all references to Lion-O.

Perhaps we should draw up a list of acceptable / non-acceptable lion-based names so as everyone will be aware. Aslan seems to be borderline with Lion-O way over on the far scale of unacceptable. If any more crop up I'll be glad to help classify them as is seen appropriate!

They gotta get that sorted out. I know, I know, "they have a commitment to quality!". But I just want to order my damn juice when I have my credit card in my hand and I am in the mood. If you can't take my order, I will go place it elsewhere....

It is nice juice though.

I am a DIY, and I admit if something is really good I don't mind buying it, but when I have 60mb up and 30mb down and it takes me 30 minutes to order a bottle of juice....yeah I know it doesn't matter how fast "my connection" is...but I totally agree, people want to spend their money; they need to get it together....

I really hope the PITA was worth it....

I'd keep the vector handy for conversions, of course, but I could easily convert to png 24 for transparent versions and jpgs for the nontransparent ones, in any size, too. The initial file from the conversion from vector to either raster image is going to be sharper and crisper than anything anyone else makes beginning in Photoshop or from a copy of a raster image. Also, I just think I could get the image far crisper in the first place. I'm dying to try it, anyway...lol

If I weren't so exhausted right now I'd try to install my Adobe stuff and get started right away but I've just been working my ... off and not getting any sleep these past two days. I'm mentally weary, too.

I probably should take a nice, long nap but then I wouldn't get any sleep tonight...lol

I never, ever use Photoshop. I am an Inkscape guy.

I played with Inkscape before I discovered Illustrator. Even designed a T-Shirt for a non-profit I worked for with it.

Nice little open source prog.

Black & White Cookie was ok but only in a way that I'd take a vape or 2 here and there- nothing I wanted to vape constantly.
Zombie Apocalypse was also ok but without that WOW in my mouth feeling.
Cherry Blossom, Twas Brillig , White Rabbit, & Crunkberry didn't have a hint of flavor.
I used my son & best friend as taste test dummies just to make sure it wasn't me.
We used different devices and setups for this.


But please- don't take this the wrong way.
Not every vendor is for everyone- no matter their popularity.
When it comes to AiV I often don't even like mentioning I didn't care for their juices because in other threads folks have come out blasting like one doesn't have enough sense to know what one doesn't like simply because other people do like it.

I have no problem buying from other vendors- I haven't settled yet on THE ONE.

I like the third as well, though I think the red has changed in the GIF conversion.

I have performed the ritual for both of my ProVarii, even though the 2nd was bought in the classies - I took no chances. However, I humbly ask whether my usage in my sig is acceptable? (You may need to refresh if my old sig is in your browser cache.) I could not identify the typeface used, so if this is not good, please let me know which font that is.

I've played with sharping and saturation between different versions, so I'm surprised any of the look alike.

The large font is Papyrus and the smaller one is Herculanum. Weirds ones, I know. I don't think the font matters all that much, it's the cultish message.

So why is the image such a pixelated mess? It looks like complete garbage next to my other portions of the signature....

Princess, can I get a larger image with greater resolution, please. I know how to reduce the size of it within the restrictive guidelines of our oppressors.

Are you using the upload function or pasting it directly into the test box? Even when the image is the exact size it's supposed to be, uploading seems to distort it.

This is why I like the newer simpler design without all the details from our previous icon. The limitations that are in place in not being able to read or see the details in the trianlge in the old icon may make it un-usable. The design needs to be made simpler. The triangle need only have a larger eye, no writing within it.

I prefer simple designs as well, but many members who don't come to the section are already using the first one and I was tring for some consistency. I shall keep trying.

I like simple too. I only go to new posts 99.9% of the time and these threads get enough posts to show up on the front page so I think member will catch on quickly. I do like the idea of the simple eye with thinner lines.
