Oh well. If she's happy with the non-tobaccos then that's a good thing. At least you don't have to worry about her raiding your supply. Just make sure you keep the Mrs stocked up with her faves...right?

Well it's back to the steeping box for the DF. It's getting better but still too heavy on the honey. I'll try it again in another week or 2. By then I'll have no choice as I'll be between juice orders lol. How long should I let my new bottle of Oompa steep though is the next question.

Doing PB in my RSST, got it at 100VG 2X flavor 30 nic.... very nice, closest taste to a real ciggie so far from what I have tried.

tmillin, everything about flavor is subjective. The only expert on when these flavors are at their peak is you. Try them once a week and see where you're dialed in. As for DF (and many of the HHV NETs), you have to vape a good 3 mls before the flavor appeal kicks in. You can't take a few puffs and make a judgement. Fill yourself a clearo and vape it over the course of a few days. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how you acquire the taste. Just how it works with HHV NETs. Trust me.

Lol I hear ya Bronze. My assessment on the DF was after 1ml this morning over coffee so might take the clearo to work and finish it up but it'll be hard to keep the PB out of my hands. That has turned out really good IMO

DF was once Dust's favorite and then it suddenly did not appeal to him anymore. There was some thought maybe he got a bad bottle (and that remains a possibility). Not sure how that played out, but I'm posting now because I bought another bottle shortly after Dust gave up on DF. It was mixed on 11-15-2013. I loaded my KFL with it yesterday and have been vaping it since. As the self-proclaimed, foremost aficionado of DF, I can say without hesitation it is the same ole DF that it has always been. I bought 600 mls last Spring and have been feeding from that supply since. But it is about gone. In this time, I also purchased a previous bottle and had another bottle sent to me by another ECF member. Those were mixed in the summer when others swore they were not the same. In all cases, the flavor was the same. I'm guessing few (if any) have vaped more DF than me since it was created so I don't want you to think I'm talking out my rump.

Adam doesn't offer samples of all his flavors CayCay. Try the 6ml bottle if you are not sure. HA is one of the top five most popular NETs among the BIG THREAD members. It is similar to Shadow (if you've had that). The difference is Shadow has a vanilla-like top note whereas HA has a graham-like top note. They share the same creamy base.

As Bronze said, DF was my favourite flavour for the first half of last year. I probably vaped DF 80% of the time between Nov. 2012 and August/Sept 2013. Then suddenly one day I hit a bump in the road. It was like the flavour had just disappeared, and I was vaping this really light barely there juice.. Ok, maybe bad bottle. Let's try another, same thing. Ah ok, perhaps bad batch, both those bottles were from around March so, I tried the batch after that.. and then frantically kept trying every subsequent batch that I had ordered but it was gone.. never to be found again.

I tried dripping, Protank, Vivi Nova and everything else in between that I had used over the last year just to rule out the possibility that it was the hardware I was using. Nada!

I could still taste other juices, so it wasn't my taste-buds. Bronze could not figure it out with me either. Him and I traded a number of messages during those dark days.

So, I gave the bottles that I had to another vaper at work, and started looking for a replacement for DF. Enter The Huntsman!!

I would say based on your choice of LBL as a clue, DarkHorse and/or Huntsman should be right up your alley. Maybe DarkHorse more than Huntsman. They both have that grassy, woodsy thing happening that LBL does, but carry a different frontend flavour. DarkHorse is more dry compared to Huntsman from what I remember.

Those would be dark days for me too if DF suddenly went south on me. I just wonder if yours is a case where it just didn't appeal to you anymore. I can see where that is possible. Some flavors I once loved have become meh to me.

I'm still waiting for my order of Dipity to show up. It's been in transit for 8 days now, and as of this morning it was in Montreal. What it's doing in Montreal, and why it went to Montreal, 5 hours away is completely unknown to me.

Last night at bowling during an outdoor vape break (brr) one of the gals was asking me about the burnt taste she was getting from her Protank/Ego set up. She purchased the tank on vacation over Thanksgiving. I asked if she had replaced or rebuilt her coil recently and I got the deer in the headlights look. Her reply was I rinse out the tank on a regular basis....she had no idea the bottom of the tank had the replaceable coil. I can't believe someone sold her the tank in a B&M with no instructions. She was going to go home and see if she had a replacement in the box and/or any instructions. I suggested perhaps she should give me a call so we could get together and I could explain a few things to her.

I'll definitely second that but add request extra extract , BK forgot to do that and comparing his Legend with mine there's a night and day difference in tobacco flavor .
