Happy Easter from Flipper and Slipper! Hope you're all doing well?

Lord Pancake (Slipper) and I (Flipper) have reached our one year Vapeversary over these past two months and are very happy with vaping still.

It was a long, cold, and snowy winter here and I am finally thawing out again so I can get back to typing and visiting my virtual friends again lol!

I have tried some new HHV flavors and am impressed and satisfied as usual. At this point, I find myself liking the NETs more than anything. Loving Serendipity, Legend, and just received Heavenly Army for the first time this week. I put HA in my new Kanger Aerotank right out the mail, I find it tasty but I feel some steeping time will probably allow it's full potential to come alive.

Anyways, just wanted to let ya know we're okay and still have you all in our thoughts.

Well we are home and had a nice time. My friends family adopted us for the holiday. They did a Beaufort Stew, dumped it all out on the table lined with paper bags an you dug in whith no utensils. I think it's a southern thing (they are from Virginia). I had never heard of it so it was something new for me.

Chillin' with my diet coke and DF.

Hope everyone had a nice day!

We just call that a crawfish boil or shrimp or crab ,whatever the case maybe , I imagine we also like it a bit spicier than the folks in Virginia do but it's a great combination and a helluva meal , hope you enjoyed it April , if you make it to N'awlins again BK and I will show you the Cajun version . :)

Once you get your 3.1s where you want them , fiddling isn't really necessary , huh Pappy ?

That would be correct. Every once in a while, one of mine will weep a little bit. But not very often and it's no big deal. Just wipe it off and vape.

It's my understanding that flooding (and the resultant leaking) can be cause by having the air screw screwed in too far. The tighter draw causes more fluid to be drawn in and then it can flood. Or so I've been told. I've got mine adjusted to where I want them so I don't have to fiddle with them any more.

The only time mine ever came close to leaking or flooding was because of the chimney being loose from refilling from the top , I'm in the habit of checking it every time I refill now , mine will gurgle a bit after refilling or rewicking but bumping up the wattage for a couple of hits clears it quickly , all in all the most trouble free vaping gear I own . :)

Flipper! How goes it? You had some surgery a couple months ago yes? Everything OK or better now? And a very happy Easter vapeversary to you both!

Happy Easter unfiddly 3. I just noticed that the kayfun on top of my red provari is the perfect accompaniment to a diet coke can. Just perfect. Made for each other! lol!

Good evening army...boy was I behind on my reading. Bappo so glad things went well for your mom and safe travel home. Hula very happy you're getting the hang of the KFL...love mine and you will need a second one soon. We had a wonderful Easter, early morning church then down to our daughters to spoil Nellie and a fabulous brunch. We went to a restaurant close to their home that serves the hugest brunch I've ever seen, so many types of food and yummy deserts. I ate enough food to last me a week...and have been worthless since. I need to clean and rewick my KFLS to prepare for the week and ready for my Huntsman/Maple Eh combo in one.

    Dale  :D

I'm relieved too Robin! I know you still have surgery and consults and follow ups. But glad the overall outlook is as good as it can be.

I'm totally relieved that the cancer has not spread to anything else. It seems as though it is a very small spot, less than 5 cm, so it should be easy to get it the hell out LOL. Yes, I still have to see the surgeon and have the operation. Not sure about all that will follow, but just the fact that it is Not anywhere else is a HUGE load off.

Yup Chak I'm positive the insulator can be inserted that way on a 3.1 , no chance of damaging the threads that way if you use a mini screwdriver to push it in , you can't insert it that way on a KFL no catch cup means no access from that direction .

I'll take your word for it, Retic, not having a 3.1 to look at. One question though, is the rim of the insulator (the larger end) still facing out towards the 510 threads and contact pin? The main point of having that rim is to keep the contact pin from touching inside the thread tube and base of the tank. If the rim isn't there it's liable to short out.
