I have done loads of research on my own, read a bunch of the latest medical journals and articles, anything I can get my hands on really. The sad fact is in 30 years the treatment options haven't changed. The way they do the surgeries has changed, recovery times are better and doctors are getting better at removing more of it, but it's still misdiagnosed about 80% of the time ad there's still no good treatment for stage 4 like I have. The average time to get a correct diagnosis is 10 years. I've had connected issues for 15 and only in January got the official diagnosis after months of tests that cost me around $5000.
I qualify to enter a new study for a new drug, all medical fees would be paid for during the study, but being the human guinea pig scares the crap out of me.
