One of the few things in my life that I can truthfully refer to as being trouble free. I like it so much that I'm actually considering buying a genuine unit out of respect for the genius ruskie that designed it.

Yup, all three of mine are genuine, but the next one (to replace the lost KFLPlus) will be a clone only because my budget won't allow for another genuine.


Edit: Correction: I had 3 genuine and a KFC 3.1, now I have 2 genuine kayfun, a lite and a mini.

Sam, I just made dual coils on the MagMa with 30 ga - 11 wraps on a 2mm mandril, it came out to 1.3 - 1.4 ohm. I think you should go 9 - 10 wraps to get to that 1.0 - 1.2 ohm level.

I used this site to calculate the coil wraps (I would have used BK's excel sheet, but forgot where I put it).
