Day off for me, I sure could use it after my hard day yesterday (he he). Rumor has it boy nurse student will be back with me tomorrow.. Hope so!
Looking forward to my orders arriving. Very disappointed with my current on hand options.

Dang, missed that one. I'll have to go back and check it out in the morning, though. was up way passed my bedtime last night and Mama ain't gonna let it happen again....
...maybe I'll just sneak the laptop into the bedroom.

Glad to hear you got someone to do the heavy work for ya at work. That's my duty when not at school.
Today, I had a morning class 10-12 and and afternoon class 3:30-5 and kneading up bread dough in between, finally baking it afterwards. God I love this bread recipe - I do believe I put it on the Food/recipe thread somewhere. It's great for sandwiches, garlic bread - don't have to add garlic salt as it has that inside already, just butter and sprinkle some grated parmesan on top then broil or grill it!
Oh, and Mama Chak has been rubbed down and stretched out and is probably sleeping like a log.
Damn, gotta get my hair cut!

Luckily, we don't get tornado over here - just typhoons and cyclones.

Started another sourdough starter yesterday at about this time, because the previous one is still rather sluggish. (It's bubbling nicely between feedings every 12 hours, but not doubling in size.) I wasn't able to feed it at noon and was afraid it would flop also. Finally got a chance to feed it after baking my bread at around 6 PM. Now, just 6 hours later it's doubled in size and ready for another feeding - I'm just too tired to do it....
It looks like this now...
