New batch of DF or an old one of yours?!

It's both and with all my HHV juices. Something about them just wasn't tasting right for me anymore. So I re-entered the not so much fun world of juice searching. Found a few winners so far. Hoping a little time off will help.

Maybe you should lose 30lbs too, so that we can get you on Facebook too.

**RJ** wanna hook the old man up with some tips and tricks?!

Stop eating garbage, watch everything you put into your body, work out, get exercise.

It is very straightforward.

30's? Old?

My foot must be slipping on the banana peel.

I thought the same thing!

I knew you all were gonna hammer me on that one, lol! I feel old because I can't ever sleep in. But my 3 mile time (26:32)

this morning made me feel young again. And there's that kid of mine that's about to be driving making me feel old too!

Another $250 today in groceries. We weren't on E yet, but I hate empty cabinets. Optometrist appt for the oldest at 4, he wants contacts. I wore them for years before I had lasik, I dread it for him.

It's the best thing ever. I'll need reading glasses eventually (they said) but worth every penny. My FIL recently had cataract surgery and opted for lasik at the same time. He doesn't even need reading glasses now at age 69.

And it has really become VERY affordable and highly effective for people with a wide variety of eye maladies.

And it's not covered under most/any insurance plans. Don't that beat all! Maybe I'm not the radical one who says we should ban health insurance altogether (except catastrophic) and subject health care to the same glorious effects that free markets have on every other thing we produce.

Ahh, I'm just a radical......cosmetic surgery...cough cough. veterinarian service...cough cough

Even if they just opened things up and let you shop for insurance out of state it would drive costs down , but we did need legislation for pre-existing conditions , otherwise it's screw you go find a corner and die .
