Those chimneys look polished or chromed. Pretty sure the Russians chimneys are brushed steel similar to the KFLs. That could just be lighting though, but seeing how the length of the chimneys are also off, I'm pretty sure these are not the real thing.. There I said it!
Vermiform came by today and picked up a few of my DIY's... while he was here he tried the Rum and the 3 Cherry.... he seemed to like both of them
Got some 3 cherry in a tank and going to town on it. It is downright awesome. Can't wait tot get these home and on a dripper!
The Russian that is working is working extremely well. I like the airflow and the flavor and everything else about it. If Carl replaces that chimney and the other Russian works as well and they both last I am happy.
I hope I didn't get ripped off to much (or at all for that matter) but I know he sold those for $99 all the time, I was in the store a couple times when he sold them.
So, regardless as long as I get that part swapped out and they last long enough to get my $40 worth I will not feel like I got jipped.
I know a lot of this stuff can be purchased online cheaper but I do like to support the good local shops some.
So don't hate me much

What "bothered" me about the R91's is the difference in the tube length which the chimney cap attaches to. there really shouldnt have been that much of a difference.... actually no difference, should have been able to swap them across each set and everything should be functional...

So, Rayon update.. these pics are after around 1/2 a tank with a NET from MyVapeJuice.
This was on a KFL running at around 11W. I could not vape it anymore because I detected a flavour change.
Edit: That pic was taken after lightly rinsing the coil to expose the darkened part under the coil.

Never felt the need to on the KFLs. I did build a dual vertical on one of my RDAs a while ago, but have since changed that back to dual horizontals too. *shrug*
