It's a smooth ale (imported) with a nice flavor and doesn't leave a bad after taste. As for the cork I gave up and just finished the bottle. So 1 PT. 9.4 FL. OZ. / alcohol 7%. I feel good.I may need a nap.

Hi all, it has been a while since I have been on here. It has been a long couple of weeks. I am now unemployed, it is a very long story but it seems working for a drunk and drug addict can not have a happy ending.

@SamuelMSr - Welcome back! I'm so sorry things didn't work out for you. It was clear that you really loved that job. Sadly, nothing having to do with an addict can end well. Unless they choose to stop - and that's a rare and rough road.

Sam, nothing that involves an active drunk / addict ends well. Except recovery. I know ECF will censure this next line, but think of a bodily orifice ....
"Instant ........ Just Add Alcohol."
Just relaxing after another week of Driving. Thursday I got pushed onto the shoulder, twice, and cutoff badly.... by other truck drivers ! I know I sound like an old fart ("We used to walk six miles to school, in the snow, uphill, both ways....") but the trucking industry isn't even a poor reflection of itself anymore. 'Moving Isolation' would be a more appropriate term.
More yard work awaits. Want to try to get busy today so I can sit on my ever-widening duff and watch Football tomorrow (Note to Hula ; Football, not Futbal)
