Good Morning Army. Going to a new customer today. The directions are basically;
Down the bachside of Mount Saluda, eight or ten or twelve miles turn right onto a two lane, go until it dead ends and turn right, look for the fourth paved road and turn right (might need to swing wide there), go about a mile or so, maybe, and turn right (swing wide there too), it will look like a residential area but don't worry, Industrial Drive is the first gravel driveway and we're the only business back there.

Or, in other words, I'm taking 45,000 pounds of steel on a 48' spread axle flatbed into somebody's back yard.

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

That sounds like adventurous! Hope you fine the place ok, Papaw! Also hope they have someone unload for ya. :2cool:

Absolutely Yumzers Chak! I see those yeastie beasties have been having a grand time!

Thanks Hula. Yup the Beasties done good this time, even though I cheated just a little. True sourdough uses only the natural yeast formed in the starter culture. Mine would rise once after kneading, but not a second time (poor beasties got tuckered out). So now I give them a helping hand and add just a tad of yeast to get that second rise out of it.

Still, it's awful tasty stuff. Having a Pizza flavored sausage wrapped in a slice now - like having pizza with Italian sausage & Mozzarella in hotdog form. Num!

I guess a guy wouldn't, or rather couldn't, understand. If she was that large... maybe ?

Bridget, that is the one thing I Loved about carrying the babies. The movement. I still smile when I think of them moving around in there :) It was always amazing and a magical feeling.

Good morning Army.

Awesome looking baked goods Chak. Very tasty looking!

Thanks, Bronze. I think it's been almost a year now since we bought bread from a store - fresh home made is so much better. Next on my list is trying out a New York style, sourdough bagel recipe.
