Looks like it's worthy of seeing, ghosts or no ghosts. I used to bicycle to Oxborough Hall (about 20 mile round trip) just for grins and enjoy an afternoon there when I was a teenager…Then I'd jump into a stream about 4 miles away on the way home. The really cool thing was seeing the "King's Bedroom" (Henry VII) and let me tell you - those folks were tiny! You could go up to the roof, see unspoiled countryside and imagine that the tourist voices were from way back then, sort of a little time travel for the spirit.

Sorry to hear about your boy, Bridget. I remember getting strep throat as a kid, not fun. Hope they're feeling better soon.
Thanks. They both tested positive.. And my throat hurts.. I'm going to try to tough it out, hopefully build my immunity to it back up. I had my first bout of strep (ever) back in September. Anyone ever gargled apple cider vinegar? I did, it's not pleasant but it does help.
Just got back from taking Kade to OKC, should have taken about 2 hours round trip, but there was construction w/ lanes closed both ways. 4 hours later, I'm home.
Not sure i will be able to participate tonight. Will try via phone but if it's crappy I'll step out.

Good evening....well hubby is at Big 12 tourney in KC so that leaves me alone at the shop, was busy today but not overwhelming, four hours tomorrow then I'm on my own. We are very busy planning the new house, it's a lot but really trying not to stress over it...just make decisions and get er done. Spending time now going through the house and tossing, donating or selling things we are not using....want to be thinned down and ready to move by mid summer. Won't make the meet up tonight but hopefully the next one. Bridget hang in there....we've had so much sickness this year but now the weather is great, windows open and hopefully germs clearing out..
Salt water helps to kill the germies too. Hope you all get well soon now that they have the antibiotics. Maybe call the doc and have him phone in a prescription for you too??

Robin our Doc gives us antibiotics, and I have an extra bag of them for myself.. But I really don't want to become a slave to strep/dr/antibiotics.. Did a little reading online today and most people can kick it on their own given time. Since I'm off until Monday, might as well give it a try.
I did a test call w/ Sam just a few minutes ago. It works but video is delayed. At least I can listen in if nothing else. DH doesn't go on trips very often so I'll normally be there (here?) for them.
