Ahem. . . God doesn't make any UGLY cats!

Our gray and white, Song, is tiny, but she has some of the trademark features of a Maine ..... The fur around her head and the tufts on her paws. I've also seen some photos of Norwegian Forest Cats that look a lot like her. She does not, however, have their mild temperament!

What beautiful babies!! My rescue Max has tufts of fur on the bottoms of his paws -- at first I thought maybe that meant he was a, um, er, "short bus" kitty ! Then I learned about Norwegian Forest Cats: he really looks like one!

We had a Norwegian forest cat, my mom has him now (he was not happy about the addition of two kittens, does much better as a single cat haha). His paws were huuuge. When getting petted he would stretch them out, they covered my whole palm. Otherwise he was a normal sized cat, if a bit on the "fluffy side" (and not just his hair either)

Yup! That's Maxwell: huge, fluffy mutant PAWS!!

Daughter has three: Boy, girl and a girl
Son has/will have three: Boy, boy and this next one is a girl

Here is my daughter's cat. She is about 12 now. This picture is almost 5 years old. She looks the same though really.

Eleanor, the only cats I think are ugly, are the hairless ones. I don't like hairless dogs either. I think the ones with hair give them protection, and character. The ones without hair just look strange to me. But spotting a flea would be no problem!!! Yes, my daughter's cat used to be a beauty...she has gorgeous eyes, and fur. She used to be very thin, before I got her fixed. Once I did that, she ballooned out like you wouldn't believe. The picture doesn't do her justice. She is almost all Siamese. You can't tell it because of how "big" she is now. She has actually lost a little weight over the past year. She likes to eat, sleep, and drink cold water. She lets you know if any of those agendas are lacking. If you let the food bowl get too low, or the water bowl doesn't have cold enough water...she will bug the fire out of you, until you get it done to her satisfaction.

I PIF'ed my Sig100 to my nephew .. Not the Redneck one I've been teaching DIY Redneck to,..the other one..No not the one that pushed me into the wall in Georgia but the other crazy one..lol
He never has money for his cigs,..(that happens when you are 46 years old and don't wanna work) his wife pays for those..I felt sorry for him when he called wanting to borrow money for cigs and told him to come right over and I would fix him up..Gave him the Sig100 and 2 extra batteries..an atty,..(RDA for dripping) and some juice to get him started. If he fails at this I plan on PIF'ing to a member of this forum that really is interested in trying regulated but don't have the money for a buy & try. It's not my thing regulated..and now that I have the other REO I'm good for a back-up.
