I am having computer woes again. I am going to do some backups, before trying to do more. I can't remember if I said it before, but they are going to stop sending updates to Win8 in early January. That just ticks me off. I am going to have to do some major preparation to try to do the update to 8.1....but if I can't fix it, I will be out of computer use for who knows how long, and all through the holidays. I tried to get a Linux live thing going, but didn't figure it out. I never saw the Linux part, because it was the initiation process that I had trouble with. Some days it is all just overwhelming. Yesterday I made a friend of mine a natural remedy for her allergy problem. (just to stop the itching) The doctor was expensive, and the med he prescribed. But the medicine didn't work for her. She said it burned when she put the cream on. So I made her some stuff I used for my Virginia Creeper rash. I also made her another type of itch med. The 2nd one barely had an effect. I had never tried that one, so she was my guinea pig...so to speak. But the first one did help. I will hear today if the first one I made knocks out the itching, and the bumps. They did an allergy test on her, but found nothing. So I don't know if it was something she ate, touched, or breathed.
