Some of you were annoyed at Win 10 updates resetting your preferences like privacy and security. That’s upsetting! There is no excuse for that in code. User preferences are sacred - your code should never mess with it for any reason.
I’m annoyed because it also reset my monitor calibrations. In my work, that’s important. Now I have to recalibrate 3 monitors and try to get the color accurate on them in Photoshop. Grrrr.
The default makes the monitor colors dark and over-saturated. No one would want their color like that even if they aren’t a design professional. WTH?
Naturally the settings are buried in some nonsensical location.
There are bigger problems in the world. It’s only a nuisance.
