So sorry Bronze. Aw Bless her. I hope she meets up with Chiffy at the Rainbow Bridge and waits till you go to heaven (whereupon she'll take a great chomp outta your azz for all the mean things you said about her). Seriously, they fill a space much much bigger than their actual size, and I for one miss the little fellas when they're gone.

Good Morning Army. Bronze, sorry to hear about your beloved pet. Our fur babies do have a way of becoming very close to our hearts. Once you are ready, there are always other animals that need a loving home. If even Urlacher can find a Home, I am sure there is another pet that would love to find you.

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

Bought a bottle of Weisenstephaner Beer put it in the freezer and forgot about it. This morning found the cap popped off. Waited for it to thaw and it was flat. There's nothing worse than flat beer. :(
ummm yes there is... a hot flat beer with ciggie butts in it.. :)

Morning y'all.

Bronze, I'm sorry. I bet you'll miss her more than you thought, I know I always do even when I complain about them.

Speaking of cats needing homes, our little oreo has become one ridiculously sassy brat. You would think after a year they would all be getting along but the fighting is worse than ever. She picks fights with the big boys constantly, they are both 19+ pounds you'd think they'd just sit on her til she gave up. Right now I'm in the living room listening to her flushing the toilet repeatedly to play in the water.

One kiddo was up part of the night throwing up. Thankfully already had a Dr appointment for a checkup today, but man if she keeps missing school cps is gonna be calling.

I'm freezing still unfortunately. Temp is always between 94-95 and there is no warmth to my skin at all this morning, no hot spots or anything. So frustrating. Hoping a hot shower once the kids get up will help.

Hope everyone has a good day!

Good morning Army. Thanks for the thoughts. Kitty had kidney failure. She was anemic and severely dehydrated. Three weeks short of 16, it was her time. Yes, I miss her. You can't help but not miss her after burrowing her body into my chest as far as she can every single night without fail and purring herself to sleep. I have a severe case of stick shift syndrome (driving an automatic after years of driving a manual and still reaching for the stick shift). Watching when I back up in the kitchen to make sure kitty isn't in my feet. Holding the bedroom door open before going to bed so kitty can get a running start to hop up on the bed. Feeling hurried in the morning because she wants to be fed before I can even get dressed. Then seeing her food bowls and the kitty-shaped dent she left in the pillow she was sleeping on yesterday when I picked her up for the last time to take her to the vet. So yes, I miss her. This concludes 25 consecutive years of having cats in the house. They've worn me down. I need a break.

123,000th post!!
