My com just shot up a notice saying it was Christmas Eve - I went, Huh? So I got out my handy dandy time zone chart and checked -

If it's 10 AM on x-mas eve in Bangkok,
then it's noon the same day in Okinawa,
it's 5 PM in the evening on the eve of x-mas eve in LA,
7 PM in San Diego,
and 10 PM in Detroit.

Did I lose anyone?

Shower is done. Working on beer #2 and yes pizza rolls are in the toaster oven.:thumb: What more could I ask for?....... Don't answer that.

One beer and I'm done tonight. Went well with my In N Out burger and fries. Bell's Kalamazoo Stout. Best beer I've ever had. I tried their Expedition Stout. It's an imperial stout, which apparently means twice as much of everything - flavor, density and alcohol. Yikes! I could barely drink one full one.

A house full of women? My sympathies Chak.
Well, there's Mama Chak, and the caregiver who looks after MIL, and then we have another lady come in sometimes to help with big orders. Sue's cousin used to hold that position till she passed away. The lady who helps in the kitchen has a husband who is pretty handy with a hammer and saw. If anything breaks around the house. If it's something out of my comfort zone, Mama Chak calls him and when there's a lot of gardening work to be done the couple team up and get it done chop, chop. Saves me a lot of back ache. Ha ha

Start with the gopher brandy followed by the gopher eggnog. That should stop all the repeat gopher tracks...
Now, that's using your head, Hula! I'll gopher scotch, then gopher beer! (Got to use what's available, right?)

Good Morning Army. Any last minute shopping that needs to be done ?

and you drive for a living.... its those reflector things between the lanes that go thump thump when you change lanes...

Actually, my Boss Man sets the governors at 75mph, so I don't change lanes much. Left Lane and Go ! Predominant Speed Limits around here are 65 / 70 Interstate, 55 elsewhere, so 75 is left lane speed. Plus, I don't know if it's the part of the country I live/ drive in, but rumble strips along both shoulders seem more common than center lane reflectors.
My turn - what is a "Coonass Christmas ?" Does it involve Squirrel and Rabbit Gumbo ?
I've been tempted to go to 'General vaping Discussion' and start a thread by quoting the King James what Christmas really is. But between Trolls and Moderators, that would probably be short lived. Might do so anyways....

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :nun:
