Congrats Lori. I'm sure you're relieved to unload that house. Hopefully that helps add some predictability to your finances now.

Flash flooding around here. Stuff is coming down in buckets. We'll be picking up cats and dogs for a long time.

Flash Flood warnings in effect here until 5:30pm. Mamaw's car is showing "Check Charging System" on her warning lights. Yea, right. Like I am going to stand in water and pouring rain and play with a Battery / Alternator. Sounds to me like Mamaw might need to borrow daughter's car tomorrow.....

Just paid my property taxes. My tax is 24% higher since 2008 while the value of my home is 14% less since 2008. Government always makes sure they get theirs. I also am paying my new 2016 health insurance rate. My rates have increased 68% since my 2014 rate when O'Losercare kicked in. It's a safe wager what I think of O'Losercare and the Loser it is named after. He does it in the name of compassion. His compassion with my money. Go to hell Loser!

Rant over. Back to regularly scheduled programming.

I am fortunate in that my Home has not lost value (according to Taxes and Recent sales in subdivision) but my taxes are all part of the Mortgage Payment. Kinda like payroll withholding, never really see it...

In typical bass-ackwards fashion, I ordered about seven drip tips from Fasttech and four more from RTDVapor. Then, I started a thread in the General vaping section asking about drip tips.

too much for me.... thousands of return packages are being processed thru our facility...
why do people buy things that others dont want?? and better yet, why do people buy things they dont want??
took 2 52' 18 wheeler trailers to haul off the returns today... unbelievable...

and to add... we scanned 392 boxes ( cell/smart phones) for returns too just for today...

I'll have you know, I did not break ONE thing over the Holidays

Not a thing was broken. I did bump my head on the dresser though. My daughter laughed when I told her. She knows me.....

We slept on a mattress on the floor in the baby's room (baby is in the bassinet in the parents room). I lost my balance reaching for my sweats and fell over and smacked my head hard on the dresser. I was trying to get up fast enough to get to the middle child before he woke everyone up.

Netflix posted the fourth season of Person of Interest this weekend. Been watching steady for the last several hours (and checking ECF during bathroom breaks). Love that show, but once this season is caught up on it's back into "the Show Hole"
