Got my second shot yesterday. I'm spacey today.

Good thing Whiskey isn't a turtle. He's on his back again. All four pointed to the sky. Out like a light. Only thing missing is his tongue hanging out his mouth.
A sign of extreme trust and feeling very safe. Congratulations! One of mine, Munchie, spends about 22 hours a day like that, lol.

He normally doesn't do that because he doesn't want to miss anything going on in the woods. So when I see him like that I know he's out cold.

Morning..... Dentist at 9:00 for a cleaning... They wanted me to make an appointment to get another crown and a small filling the last time... I didn't make it and I'm not going to this time either.. Seems like every visit they want me to have something else done. I'm not prone to having problems with my teeth and I'm not doing anything that's just cosmetic.

By that face, I’d say he has your back if the dentist — or anyone else — ever gives you trouble.

Only he is allowed to give you trouble.

Have you changed dentists recently? I had a dentist that told me I needed 4K of work. Went to another for a second opinion ...result Zero needed. Unfortunately I'd been swizzed too much in the past, and all that "repair" work has an expiration date, but when it DOES go, you end up losing a tooth. First thing to ask is "Does it hurt?" If yes, go. If no, just have the cleaning. Boy, I hope Bridget doesn't read this! There are excellent dentists out there, but like anything anymore, a whole lot of con men/women too.

Evening..... Only spent 30min at the dentist. I said no on the x-rays and I'd get the other work fixed later. Just not now.

Always watching...

David I have not had much problem with my teeth either. Several years ago, I had to find a new dentist. My dentist was no longer in network. (I was his client for a very long time) So I get this new one who told me all these cavities that needed to be worked on. He said an unbelievable number. I was shocked.

Well I let him start working on me, and needless to say he was not my idea of a good dentist at all. He was the sorriest dentist I ever had. So I refused to go back. The work I did let him do, probably did not even need to be done. The worst part was, the numbing shot wore off, while he was working on me. I can handle some pain, but this was incredible. So I had to stop him. I told him what was going on, and he got mad and started cussing. He numbed me again, and did the rest of it.

I found a new dentist, but have to go a ways to get there. So they cleaned my teeth and said everything looked good. I went there for maybe three years before I told the new dentist what happened. I guess that crook needed money for a second home, gambling debt, or maybe some new toy. I was livid when I found out he tried to mess me over like that. I would say most dentists are honest and do their job well. This guy clearly had issues, and he was a liar.

Same here. Went to the dentist who pointed out at least a half dozen teeth with serious issues. I was looking at a good $5K. I wasn’t buying it. Went to another dentist and he said there is nothing wrong with any of my teeth. That was going on 2 years ago so if I had all these problems he claimed they would have raised their ugly heads by now.

Good Morning Army. Only good dentist I ever found was in the Navy. He was the Navy "Dentist of the Year" and got to pick his own duty station, and since he was from Jersey he became our base dentist. I actually fell asleep in his chair while he was working only teeth.
Other than that, no thank you.

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)

My dentist is a Navy veteran. He was educated with Navy money to be a dentist on a ship. That's why I picked him. He's an awesome dentist!
