PB is the sample (18ml ok?) to get with my next order, due in May ;)

But Dark Fiery Dragonhorse does not sound too bad. Gonna try it anyway :D

How often do you change out the wick?
When it absolutely needs it. About a week.....sometimes earlier, sometimes later than a week. But a week is around the time. If I have lots of things to keep me busy (working on MIL place) I go through a lot less liquid. Change out is about two weeks then.

Not bad :D

I'm kinda fresh wick crazy then. It's every two days for me. Any longer and the taste is too "off" for me.

Hi everyone! Just went through 3 days of house disruption. Our friend had her place re-piped. A trip to Starbucks every time we had to use the bathroom. Ugh! Glad that's over. Next up she's replacing windows. Have I mentioned how glad I am not to own a house and have to deal with that stuff?!?

Seriously! Rules have been changed. But even the older generations are using "me" instead of "I".

Well . . . I never got that memo . . . and BTW, who or WHAT officially "changes" said rules???

All I know is that the End of Civilization comes ever nearer . . .;)

agreed, no need to go anywhere from here :)
calling out "from my chair" here:

after one and a half tanks (KM3, so 2ml per tank) of HA here's my initial report:
Dunno :)
The inhale and the initial taste sensation are pretty similar to DF. The exhale however, to me, is different and until now I definitely prefer DF.
Where DF comes out round and mildly sweet tobacco-ish (not a word) this (quick-steeped) HA is rather bitter. Can't get any vanilla or sweetness that I had expected from smelling it.

But then again, my sinuses are a bit swollen and that thing needs aging :)

So just a first impression and my 2 cent anyway :)

Good nite army, and yay Reds!!

PS: Oh wait, during the last puffs while typing here sweetness came around. Well, I just let it age for a while and in the meantime enjoy some DF here in my chair. And need to think about restocking Legend, running low - hard decision now that I have some Serendipity coming in three weeks :)

Your reaction to HA is similar to mine, it didn't do it for me, specially on the exhale, nothing like DF or Serendipity. I was told to let HA steep even longer, 4-6 weeks I think, so I'm leaving it and Shadow alone for now.

So far I'm digging Hunstman, PB, DF, and Serendipity, which is probably my favorite right now. I'm surprised Legend didn't do it for me, but I'm giving that one more time as well.

I bet it's a difference of .2 to .3. At least with mine, once you got below .7 ohms, voltage loss increased quite a bit. I too used to think about it being worth it because normally you would think the lower the resistance, the higher the wattage. If you do find its not worth going that low, you might save some battery life with a lower resistance and at the same wattage as a lower ohm coil

The whole idea in going from 26g to 24g was wick coverage , basically for S&G . It's definitely a warmer vape but I'm finding the flavor less defined , harder to pick out the different notes that I'm used to tasting . So the build is not gonna remain in that atty , if anything it's for curiosity's sake to run a drop test on it . I wanna see if the small gap in voltage drop between using the 510 topcap and the direct to battery adapter widens at the lower resistance .

HA definitely takes some time to mature IMO , 6-8 weeks for the tobacco to come forward . It will never be an EDV for me , but it's nice as a dessert vape on occasion .

Maybe mechs these days are alot more efficient then a few years back but the few I have would only push about 3.5v after voltage loss, on a fresh battery . Even my reo with sub ohm kit was 3.7 max

All I know is I have broken any mod that got into a Freightliner with me EXCEPT a Reos Grand. That's why two, one NET and one sweet/ bakery, travels with me.

.1 is really awesome, especially if your finding those results on a .5 ohm coil. I found that the lower ohms obviously, the more drop. I figured that the mechs I have, being older ones, we're on the worse end of the spectrum. Before the sub ohm kit in reo, was getting 1 volt voltage drop on a .5 ohm build but THE VAPE WAS STILL TERRIFIC !

    Fixed it for ya !

Ive got more cultures .... mold, bacteria, mold, mold, yeast, and finally mold.... and if I dont have enuf Im sure I can find some leaf, sheetrock, and wood mold :)

Cultures are what we used to drink whenever 300 horny sailors went on Liberty Call.

    And my Grandmother said the same thing in the '60's. {moderated}
I told my kids when they were in their early teens, "God made one that sticks out, and one that sticks in. If that's too complicated for you, I don't want you around me." I guess by today's standards that would make me controversial. So be it.

Good Friday Morning Army. I think I will enjoy not setting the alarm tomorrow !

Have a Safe and Blessed Day, and a Great Weekend when you get to it ! :)
