Good morning all...
wow, didn't know Buddha had a b-day - and you're not supposed to drink for his birthday party?? :D

I had ordered a bunch of liquids about a month or two ago and there was a few I didn't care for to much including serendipity. Well I figured I would give it another go yesterday and it's pretty dam good. Either it needed to steep for a while, or I'm just acquiring a taste for these tobacco nets

Same here - didn't really like 'dipity my first go. Maybe I revisit it today - but wait, I wanted today to be a Legend-ary day :D

My Proteus arrived:

Only been vaping it for two hours - and I already like it. It's a weird little buddy. Kinda mech, but with that VIR-chip inside it does TC extremely accurately (did the cotton testing and all). And it's so tiny and slim, slimmer than I imagined it.
My KM3 looks fat on it :D

Now, two Provaris and this little friend - the Tube is back for me.

She is using a cane now, and starting to move around again. Still numb on her right side, but the pain stopped. Scheduled to meet her specialist in Charlotte in two weeks.
Glad to hear she's feeling better. Still praying for full recovery.

Some sad news: I lost my Bebop Drone while showing it off to Mama's nephews. I got an error message about motor problems and couldn't fly forward - only left right and up & down. Made an emergency landing around 100 - 200 meters west of our house.

It'll be like finding a needle in a hay stack as it could be stuck in a tree or on a rooftop. Posting flyers tomorrow.

Good luck finding your drone! :)

Finishing off glass #3 since lunch - wine just doesn't refresh like beer. It's missing that "ssaah" feeling in your throat. Maybe I'll grab a bottle of soda water to mix with the last glass.
Ah, that reminds me. Need to get beer for that Friday evening that's coming up :D

I'm still here :)

Been busy on the advocacy front. Most of my attention has been on the threads regarding all the news and watching how bills and amendments are moving through their 'houses'.

Trying to find information for members, calming fears, rallying people out of funks.... All that good stuff.

Morning. Couldn't sleep. Travel day today. Going to Pennsylvania for the weekend but I will be popping in and out of ECF as time permits ;)
Hope you will be popping off too.

yes, it is. But it is a vaping machine. Just refilled my KM3 for the second time today. Usually the first refill isn't due till late in the evening...
And it doesn't hang over too much ( I keep telling me! No, I don't need a different atty, no I don't!)

These KM3s are awesome! Svoemesto hit it on the screws with this one. Early accounts of the K5 suggest the same thing. And they did themselves a favor by making them more affordable. They overpriced the K4 by a mile. And it wasn't even their best atty.

don't know if this has been posted yet - but that "grandfather date" in those FDA regulations may be changed:
USA: Vapers first victory in the grandfather date fight

Edit: April 20th? Sorry if that's old news. Didn't know we were talking about grandfather dates back then...

Yes, that was the committee passage of the amendment. It still has a long road ahead. Has to pass the senate committee and then both the house and senate floor votes and then presidential signature. Long ways off yet.

Right still a long fight ahead, but the Cole-Bishop amendment sets a good president for future negotiation.
What was that other petition? Is it still stalled in congress?

This one runs around $350 US so Yup. They do have a tracking system however they both need to be connected to the wi-fi and I lost connection as it went down

They sure are - lovin mine. It'll be a while for the K5, however I'll probably get that before I get a new drone. ;)

There are basically two legislative paths currently being pursued. One is the Cole-Bishop amendment which has current favor because it is actually a piece of legislation that is moving through the legislature. The other is HR2058. It has little/no movement but it lurks in the background. There are also a number of legal challenges by private interests being filed in the courts. More are coming.
