I walk my two like a woman. I suppose it is an homage to my feminine side, as an extremely woke in touch man. I let them examine everything on the walk. I often think that they experience the world through their noses. Given their running up and back over and over, they walk twice as far as I do. They have to examine who has been trespassing on their land over the night.

We have lots of dog walkers going by the house every day. All day. It's like a parade. I often cannot recognize the people this time of year because they're buried inside their coats so I have to look at the dog to know who is walking them. Anyhow, I have noticed a definite difference between how men and women walk their dogs. These damn things like to stop all the time to sniff stuff. Women will stop with them and let them sniff around until they're done and start walking again. Not men. The damn dog stops and he immediately yanks on his leash to kick start them again. No patience whatsoever. Got this one dog, Mocha. Sometimes Cree walks her, sometimes John walks her. When Cree walks her the dog is always stopping. When John walks her the dog keeps moving and doesn't stop. They learn.

That's how it's done. something you REALLY appreciate when you get close to retirement age.

I got free of debt several years ago and it is freedom. It is remarkable how little it takes for the two of us to live and enjoy living. I have a feeling that freedom is going to become increasingly important as the governmental geniuses continue to fix the economy.

I also walk mine everyday off leash :) they do what they want...lol I also believe they experience the world through their noses! They definitely walk more from all of the running back and forth. When vehicles drive by us when we walk up the road they come to me, sit, and I hold their collars until the vehicle gets by. I think it not only makes me feel better but it also makes the neighbors feel better not having to worry about driving by them safely. I like walking them in the woods more, because there is no stopping for neighbors driving by!

We walk a gravel road, rarely traveled and up a deer trail which is all kinds of good smells. Their noses are to the ground. One will stop and root around and the other has come charging over to see what is so interesting. We have some very steep hills, they start strong going nutty and in thirty minutes - just moping along.

We also walk on a gravel road, and it dead ends. We used to hardly ever get traffic until a couple houses were moved into up the road. One of those houses the people are constantly driving in and out....there are like 9 people living in the house. They moved here from out of state. They get so much traffic from visitors as well.
Mine are jacked the entire walk! Lol They absolutely love it!

One of my buddies here in the neighborhood is a pilot. He flies 777s like the one that just lost its engine in Colorado. They have been grounded so I asked my bud if he's out of work now. He had been flying cargo (in place of passenger which is still near non-existent). He told me about half their fleet uses Pratt & Whitney engines and the other half uses GE engines. Only the P&W versions have been grounded and they have enough of the GE versions that have been mothballed due to the pandemic that they can quickly put back in service so as not to skip a beat. Those P&W engines are old and they have been gradually replacing them with GE engines. Those GE engines are made about 15 minutes away from where I live. They'll probably be working OT.

I've hit my limit. I cannot take this cat anymore. He wont shut up. He wont stop throwing himself in my feet. He wont stop pacing. He's relentless and I'm done. He's gotta get out of this house. I'm ordering a tracker and throwing his azz out of here. I need my sanity back and I'm not going to let a 10 pound fur bag do this to me anymore.
