My Sunday was spent pulling the summer vegetable plants and then transplanting some of the fall/winter seedlings. Had to rig up netting because the moths are still active and their babies keep eating all the leaves.

Now this bed has kohlrabi, kale, cauliflower and rapini (broccoli rabe). Also some daikon, parsley, chard and collards. No idea if anything will produce, but I’m going for it anyway.

Doc comes in after waking up and says everything looks fine and we’ll see you in 10 years.

My first thought is, “I went thru all that for nothing.”
So you can't do the at home test? I do that yearly instead of the one you did.

That’s why I keep gushing about gardening. Other than tomatoes and zucchini, I’ve never grown any of this.
You've had good luck with the tomatoes and Zucchini. Hopefully that luck will carry over to the others.

Afternoon.... Went to Lows for O-rings to fix my kitchen faucet. That didn't fix the leak. Something else broke because I couldn't get any water from it. Over an hour later I gave up. Went back to Lowes and got a new faucet. Got it installed and I have water again with no leaking so far. I'll keep an eye on it for a couple days. My body isn't happy about all the up and down from the floor. Ouch....
