Nah. You'll like that Phoenix. You get it today?

Not yet. It just shipped today (I ordered it on Saturday, so...)

I went out and bought some unbleached 100% cotton fabric with no dye for wicking material. I saw someone using it on a video and decided to give it a go. I am still on the search for some 100% cotton gauze as well (might have to borrow some from the hospital, lol).

I am quite excited to try it all out. The Phoenix, rebuilding the Nova. I think I am going to get into the SS mesh wicking after I play with it initially for a couple of days :)

Since you can use a cotton wick, would it be possible to replace the filler in a regular carto with
cotton to give it new life?

I've been to that thread and all I see anyone writing about is their dogs, lawnmowers, and what they did over the weekend. I suppose if I wanted to sift some more I could find some good info over there.

That's odd -- I'm over in that thread every day, at least once a day, and Ill be darned if I can recall any mention whatsoever of dogs, lawnmowers, or weekends.

Perhaps is just my memory that's gone bad, unlike (hopefully) my manners.

I probably caught it at a bad time. I scrolled through about 4 or 5 pages and there wasn't a single mention of a single tobacco juice. I thought it was just a "Tea with Me" chit chat thread and gave up on it. I know, I probably copped an attitude and didn't give it a fair shot. So I'll probably check it out again. It'll have to wait though cuz I'm about to fall asleep in this lumpy chair and I don't want to regret it in the AM.:(

I went through the same thing. I was following it, then it got way off topic, so I put it away for a while.
It may not have been about the exact things you mentioned, but it did take a left-hand turn somewhere.

See, when you say 4 or 5 pages, I have to remember that I have my settings at 40 posts per page; so, in effect, that would have been one page of off topic chatter which is bound to happen...like this post and those prior...this is the HHV thread, right? hahaha. No worries my friend, it's all good and threads go astray sometimes, but in that thread, just start at the beginning for no convo, straight to the heart of the matter posts.

So my VS bottles are at about 25% and I put in my usual order with them on Sat., it's funny that I had a tracking # from HHV yesterday the day after I ordered, same day I got one from VS so I have a real "at the races" situation going on. Just wanted to drop in and say "ok you've hyped it enough I'll get some HHV" then I read 2 more pages and really should've gone with 15ml instead of 6ml for the shipping vs. volume... oh well.

Do the samplers usually need to be steeped as well? I got a few of the more dessert-y flavors in the sampler because they sounded so good, but it does say they're pre-mixed in larger batches then siphoned out into 3ml's. Should I uncap them a day or three? What's the general consensus?

Sure, they could benefit from a "steep," but I wouldn't say they require it. I know there are some juices that are damn near unvapeable until they steep, but HHV juices are not like that.

This is entirely dependent on the individual. At the moment, I have 1 HHV juice that is completely unvapable to me (5ml size). Still steeping, and hoping :)

Well, this thread is long only because we have found that many people cannot vape HHVs upon delivery. The majority of those are finding that waiting a week or more is completely changing their minds about HHV. So I would have to disagree with Mr. Mann a little bit here. Is it reality or is it perception? I guess that doesn't matter. All I know is throughout the history of this thread, it is clear there are many who found steeping HHV juice was the difference between reordering it or never reording it. I'll get my chance this weekend when my HHV turns a week old.

Aw, go ahead and vape it. You know you want to. I couldn't wait. Last night I vaped Gandalf all.night.long. Until bed that is. I needed something tobaccoey after having to troubleshoot our modem and wireless and internet issues. That kind of stuff really pushes my nerves, especially with my son all mad that he couldn't youtube. (wait...I'm off-topic...sorry) I couldn't resist Bronze. :p With the help of Gandalf, I fixed our problems!! I have Heavenly Tobacco with me today. They are definitely much better after a few days. I'm really liking them. Plain tobacco flavor. Not too light, not too dark, just smooth. The Gandalf may get a reorder. I can't wait to try the others.

Hahaha. The ole ants in the pants bit you last night RJ. I'm encouraged that Gandalf improved though. We can add your name to the list of folks who found patience is paying off with HHV's. When did you receive your shipment? Let me know your impressions of the Heavenly Tobacco. I'm still trying to hold out until Saturday. Tick tock tick tock ha ha ha.

I received mine this past Saturday. HHV's juices are the closest I've found so far to mimick that smoke flavor. And the more I vaped it the more similar it became. They are all a very light vape. I'm on the "notify me" list for Ahlusion's Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog to see if they have more kick. I'm sure my taste buds are still recovering, but I'm on the hunt for several "can't live without" tobaccos. HHV is definitely in the running.
