I know, but like your namesake, sometimes the reputation of a temper is more than enough to intimidate the weak kneed foe. You know, like a mane and a roar...

One of my favorite General Washington stories is when he was in full retreat out of Long Island after he just got his ... kicked. British General Howe sent Washington a letter of reconciliation via carrier. Howe addressed it to "George Washington". He refused the letter without even opening it and sent it back with the carrier. Howe knew why. So from that point on, every letter he sent Washington was addressed, "General Washington".

The General also wore an impeccable General's uniform not because he had an ego, but rather he always wanted his army to be given respect even though they were nothing more than a collection of ragtag farm boys. And BTW, it was General Washington who invented that split up the back of a man's suit. He had the split put in his uniform so it wouldn't bunch up as he rode Nelson (his horse). Clothiers liked it so much they have been a mainstay in men's dress clothing ever since.

You are a veritable fountain of information, my good man. I did not know that about the suit split.

I would disagree with your characterization of the Continental Army. Yes, they were a collection of ragtag farm boys, they were also hard bitten bad-:censored: who refused to quit. Sure, GW was the glue that held it all together, and rightfully receives the lion's share of the credit. However, these haggard scarecrows that preferred death, cold, hunger and suffering to yielding their freedom made it all possible to defeat the greatest military power on earth.

Rich, I do believe you're onto something. He does always say that he pummels the postman, takes mail and leaves bills. ;)

Say Robin. Your Provari has left Raleigh. They're still saying it should be in WA tomorrow. They had to throw that on a plane. No way can it go cross country via ground that fast. You'll get you Provari back by next week I'm sure. She'll be like new!!!

We don't disagree about the Continental Army. In fact, we quite agree. I was giving the British perspective of the CA. :)

I didn't hear the outcome of your repair attempt. Did it have to go back to Provape?

Mail got here 4 hours later than usual. Hmmph. Just received 500ml of 60mg nic in VG base. Got it from myfreedomsmokes. I've just been reading some people not happy with MFS nic base. Anyone have experience with their stuff? I would have gotten it from WL but they were still closed. Ah well, at least it came in an amber glass bottle. Going to be vacuum sealed and put in the freezer for the e-pocalypse.

That will be so nice when it comes back to me. I miss just switching batteries out. I forgot that you gave me a tracking number. :D. Been too busy to even think straight.

I did too much damage for Bronze to fix it. :(. Yes it is going back to Provape. They should be able to fix it. :)

Congrats on 34K Pic! One day I'll be around to do it hopefully.

Got a big eventful weekend coming up. I took a vacation day tomorrow. :D Saturday my son who is only in the 7th grade will get to take the ACT test. He made so high on his ARMT test (jokingly called the "armpit" test by his teachers) that he was invited to take the ACT test at such a young age. :) Saturday is also my 6 month smoke free anniversary. Sunday is my Mom's 6 month smoke free anniversary. :toast: My 47th birthday is Sunday and my family will be taking me out to dinner tomorrow night. And most importantly, The Walking Dead season 4 starts Sunday night.

:rickroll:

I just ordered a large bottle from them as well, but in PG base. Should get here Saturday I'm thinking.

I commiserate. I had a GeJ order that they held at the post office for me to pick up rather than them deliver it. First time that's happened.

Why diden't they want to deliver it to you Bronze?

Would you deliver a package there. Think of it, muskets stacked all over the place, hungry looking soldiers, horses that look like they are worried about being eaten....Do I need to go on?

The word got out and they didn't want to get pummeled!

Edit: Richm, beat me to it.... But I think we're on the right track. ;)

Evening all! Testing some new juices I got in vapemail today. Not HHV's stuff as I am loaded for bear on my favorites but a sample of Murdock's Agent Orange and some of his 710. Agent orange is OK - good but it is an in-development juice. Mostly a tangerine/apricot/mango flavor mix. I'm not a fruit vaper so not a "win" for me. Will try 710 later but it smells exactly like kahlua liqueur.

2 mls of Gandalf #2 left in the Vmod then that's it forever. I do try not to reach for it.

I'm pretty sure there's a major hub out of Miami too. I recall a recent shipment coming through there myself..

I wouldn't worry about it Chakris!

Already home, and there's about 3 inches of the white stuff outside. Wifey is going to be jammed coming home 3 hours from now..

Thanks for the words of assurance, Dusty, I'm not too worried about it. Just saying, all my other orders tracked through Miami then out to Cali. Maybe they rerouted because of the snow storm. Anyway, I have plenty of HHV on hand, even though the NETs are all getting low.

Oh, rooting for your wifey to get home safely, too. :)
