I have already said the same. Nevertheless I need to assemble a proposal for VCU that I gotta present on Monday, and my worthless associate had to be dragged into the office to review it. He should have done this before the holiday, and he could have been off today.
He is already on thin ice with me. It would be better for him if this goes well on Monday morning.
That said, happy Friday. You can all be grateful you do not work for me! I know Picc would not tolerate it.

Bah! I'd work for ya! Then again I'm one of these guys that likes to get things done the minute they come up because I don't like getting backed up, and it sounds like you feel the same![]()
Indeed. Particularly when others are waiting on you.
Even more so when my supervisor (in this case me) is the one waiting, with a client he has referred my way to help my sales numbers.
My reputation is in the hands of this young man, and he is late.
So would you try it?
Good Morning Army. I don't take expensive Vacation Ventures, four years on a US Navy Ammo Ship and over two million miles in a Big Rig are travel enough for me. That's why it's no big deal for me to take a paid vacation day today, and make this a four-day HolidayI do sympathize with those who are working though, Lumber Haulers always work Memorial Day and Good Friday, and sometimes Easter. The Fourth of July is our first break of the year.
Anyways, Have a Safe and Blessed Day![]()
I absolutely would.
I most likely will, especially since they are so close to work. I LOVE Indian food, it is one of my favorites. Too bad they are closed until Monday or I would be willing to check it out today!
Just give him this look:

I think I'd wait to hear how it was.Question of the Day!!?!!
Would you eat Indian Take out food from a Gas Station?
So this morning I got a phone call from the shop I got my truck repaired at this week, He asked if I could swing by this morning because they are missing their flash light and the last place they recalled using it was on my truck. These guys were really nice and their prices were good so I was like yeah I can swing by, It's very close to my work.
So across the street is a gas station, I stopped in to get a drink and noticed a sign that says "Take out Indian food". I went inside and they actually had a nice little setup. They have sectioned off the restaurant side of the business and it appears to even be decorated. I didn't get too good of a look because the kitchen is closed for 4th of July.
So I asked myself would I eat indian food from a gas station, and I couldn't answer that. Hell if it was a Bacon and Egg sandwhich I would nom nom nom all day long. Just for some reason the thought of buying that type of meal from a gas station sounds questionable LOL
So would you try it?

Predicted I'd be home by noon when in fact I was home by 1130am<--- that smile is false as I am not making enough money to live.
Rent is due and I don't have it.My girlfriend isn't gonna be happy...
Sad time are ahead for sure
EDIT: I would probably not eat the Indian food at the gas station.
