One thing I will say about HHV is none of them so far have had any strange chemical tastes or anything offensive

Most def... HHV's juices come really 'clean'.... they don't taste artificial. The best way I've described it is comparing freshly squeezed orange juice to either juice from concentrate or 'fake' OJ.... One loses some of the body of fresh OJ, and the other is just a chemically enhanced approximation of what OJ SHOULD taste like. HHV's are freshly squeezed OJ.... the other juice vendors I've tried to date are more like Sunny D, ESPECIALLY what they try to pass off as 'tobacco' :)

Legend... that sucker takes weeks to steep. TRUST me on this... Legend is my #1 vape and it has two lives... first, there is a sweetness that kind of rules the roost... but over time.... a month or so... that fruity sweetness fades out and what you end up with is a straight-on, full flavored, spicy/sweet (sweet in a tobacco sense, not fruit) pipe tobacco. Very rich bodied... If you want "Tobacco", leave some Legend aside and don't touch it for a few weeks (yeah... trust me, that's easier said than done). If you vaped the three month old Legend I have and the fresh stuff, back to back, you would probably not even think they are the same juice.

OK - Mr. Bronze, I will try the Dragon Fire. I read about it and it didn't sound like something I would like. BUT, I must have been looking at the description of something else - go figure. I just looked it up and read a couple of reviews and it sounds pretty darn good even a couple of claims that is pretty good right out of the mail box.

LeoRex,

The "Cleanness" of HHV was the first thing I noticed about their juice. Even though I was disappointed in the missing Cherry and Peach part it still beat the pants off of anything else I have around (Mostly stuff by Vapage called "Red tobacco").

OK - first let me say patience is not my strong suit I will put up the legend and the Cherry Bomb for a couple of weeks. I have enough of my junk juices to keep me going for that long unless of course the chemical state of the junk stuff gets to me. Ah I almost forgot I have a bottle of HHV "Just Peachy" coming and I have heard that it is descent right out of the mail box at least good enough to buy me a little time and strength of character. ;)

Well, I wasn't pushing it on you. But I will say if you're going to sample HHV stuff then Dragon's Fire is a must. Forget any descriptions you've read about DF. It can't be described properly. It must be tried.

Right back at you... I shuddered at the thought of having to wait to tear into a juice.... What did I do to fix it? :) I ordered enough that I would HAVE to let it sit for a while. :) My first 'big' order was three 50 mls of Legend, while I still had a 30 from a previous order. By the time I broke into that first 50, it had matured.

But yeah... waiting is tough, especially when you first find a vendor that makes good juice. It takes a little time to build up enough of a supply where you can order some and just put it away for a bit.

LeoRex,

Well if I need to build up a stash at least HHV's prices are pretty darn good compared to some of the other popular Juicers. As a matter of fact when I asked them to add extra flavor it was a "NO Charge" you don't get that at many places.

Plus along the patience issue for a custom mix house they are fast. It has never taken more than a week from order to in the mail box - so far anyway.

I hardly consider a picture much of a push even if most of the time I really do need to be pushed to do what I should.

Actually that is probably one of the only things I have learned about vaping - you can't trust the descriptions. But the description I thought was Dragon Fire must have been something else... as I remembered it the description was some tooty-fruity tangy thing nothing like HHV description or the reviews.

Actually HHV's descriptions are kind of bland I assume by design and they are big on stating your mileage may vary when it comes to taste.

Their description of D.F. was just enough detail to let me know it was not the tooty-fruity tangy thing I thought it was. A warm/creamy tobacco sound intriguing. I know that is not what you would describe it as, in fact I think I read one or two of your post where you refused to describe it - "It must be tried".

Leo is right...when you find a juice you really like it pays to order enough juice so you always open up an aged bottle. Do the math.

Will do! I have had a lot of trouble buying into this "Steep" thing. "I'll get my head right just don't hurt me anymore boss" (Cool Hand Luke). ;)

Steeping is almost integral to NET's from some vendors. I've had liquids show up at my house where they've smelled and tasted horrible. A couple weeks later, they get better. A couple months later, they are heavenly. The flavours MUST have a chance to meld and work together and while some basic flavours do not require a lot of time, the more complex a flavour is, the more time it needs to mature.

This generally applies to creamy dairy dessert type juices, as well as extracted tobacco flavours.

Take it for what it's worth, but I've seen and experienced enough that I don't touch certain juices for atleast 3 weeks to a month.

All of you guys talking so highly of Dragon Fire is making the wait for my first order to show up painful, but its also making me excited that I finally got something good coming!!!
:toast:

Dragons Fire is definitely something to be excited about. I'm running through a little rough patch with it right now, but it's as close to an all day vape that I came to from HHV's offerings.

Dusty,

OK - I am a believer!!!

But when I am rich and famous I am going to open up a juice shop that sells pre-aged-steeped juices. I will make money hand over fist because I know there has to be a gazillion folks like me that just as soon as you tell them they can't have now... well you know how that story goes.

Good day to the Army. I have a couple of questions (I know, don't we all). Anyway I purchased a few bottles of HHV: George Peach Tobacco [60/40, 24mg], legend [60/40, 24mg]. The Legend is excellent Tobacco flavor not harsh or too earthy just a good Tobacco flavor with a little pipe-ish hint. The George Peach Tobaco IMO is OK but it might just as well be 60/40 24mg zero flavor. It satisfies my Nic requirements but so would a glass of water with Nic in it. I then ordered more George Peach tobacco in 50/50 24 mg and Cherry Bomb 50/50 24 mg. But this time I ordered with extra flavoring in both. The outcome was the same if there is any Peach or Cherry in them I can not taste it. I was sold on HHV after first trying "Legend" which met all my expectations. Now I am starting to have second thoughts about HHV flavors. Has anyone experienced what I am finding or has fifty years of smoking just totally killed my sense of taste? I read on hear a couple of good reports on "Just Peachy" from HHV so I ordered a bottle with my fingers crossed which made it a little hard to type. ;)
Hi and welcome Holman , I don't have much patience either but the results with HHV are worth the wait , you just gotta build up your stock , must be an echo in here huh .
