I started vaping 80 VG and as I vaped from morning to evening my chest got really tight and heavy. It dosnt happen when I vape Flavorless 70 PG. The VG I was using was 12 Monkeys and was so delicious and velvety which is a total bummer.

I'm gonna try adding the 12 Monkeys little at a time to the plain PG and see how I react. I was hoping it's just a "getting used to" period as I have been vaping for almost a month now.

I just though I would add this to the log of VG sensitivity threads as I hear it's rare but more and more I look I'm finding that alot more people are also getting the tight chest.

I have the same problem myself.

PG of coarse is even worse for me.

Sigh!!! If only could abuse our bodies however we want.

70/30 VG/PG is where I settled. No VG heavy chest and no PG dry mouth and burning throat and coughing.

What do you Vape?
It was a joke...ah that silly British sense of humor of mine again..

On a serious note, I have never suffered with it personally and I vape 70VG 30PG, sometimes 80 / 20. I mix my own juice most of the time and sometimes buy from vendors, either way it doesn't seem to affect me, which is a good job as I vape 30ml a day.

Oh so this heavy Chest feeling happens to most people?
I'm pretty sure that most people can vape whatever base mixture they favor. Some people find pg to be harsh, with a few having genuine allergic response. Problems with vg seems to affect only the chosen few, which includes myself.

As the number of people vaping high VG is increasing so are the numbers having a problem, best to find the ratio that suits your body and use that then any other factor but one person I know has constant chest issues but continues to vape 100% VG as any less doesn't give him his clouds takes all sorts to make a world anything more then 30% VG gives me issues so I limit it to that.
