Tibs, how rural? I know it doesn't count in the slightest, but I have distant family out there...my mom was raised in Norfolk, I've been up as far as Williamsburgh.

LK... very late but here are my thoughts...
I think it is an excellent idea, but Steve will have to be careful not to upset what he has, since many people love SmokeStik because of their similarity to smoking a cigarette. I know that my mother loves that there is no button, and that the size is roughly the same as her 100's were. If you make it longer, then balancing the weight would be key, as you would change how they have to be held if they are not engineered very carefully due to a new balance point. If you make them thicker like an eGo, then you may turn off some of the people that enjoy the cigarette size.
It is a tough call, but I think that if you can not get the balance acceptable to have it longer and still vape like you would smoke a cigarette then you would be better off with an eGo type option. However, I am not sure how most of your current customers will feel regarding those.

The people at GotVapes and SuperT are nice enough to let me post there but it's a supplier forum so still kind of limited .....as you all know. Do any of you participate in or know any threads about tanks where I might be able to participate and not get shunned due to ignorant a%^monkeys thinking I'm only posting to try and sell them a SmokeStik? (as if I even could...I couldnt' even GIVE them away at the Ecig Advanced forum)
I totally understand SmokeStik is a niche market and this ain't the niche. But I spend a lot of money and spread it all over different vendors....I think I should be able to talk about the stuff I'm using once in awhile and get advice on how to use it.

You have to be careful how you approach it with some people. Some people (and she may be one) feel like you may be a bit too.... evangelical if you are really enthusiastic about it. My advice would be to vape, enjoy it, and try new things and liquids around her but make sure you do not pay more attention to the vaping than her!
