I'll definitely submit a comment...but haven't read all 240 pages of the proposed regs. And probably won't...but i will read the analyses of them. So far it seems like people are interpreting them in wildly different ways.

Me three. I wonder if there is/will be an official statement from SS--perhaps on their website or here?

Is SS involved--behind the scenes or otherwise--in this battle? We vapers need all the help we can get right now. Lobbyists, lawyers, activists, industry--we need to organize.

The problem is, just like here at ECF, out in the socalled vape community SS's opinion is neither valued nor wanted. It's too much effort for people to think for themselves and seperate us from Blu and nJoy and the like. And the hugely sucky and sad part is...they really are the vapers enemy right now. DISCLAIMER>>>>>THIS IS MY OPINION...not the official opinion of SmokeStik. But we are the only major cigalike company that I know of who is not now owned by a big tobacco company. So yes...they ARE your enemy. As for SmokeStik.....we are getting ready to again do something we swore we would NEVER NEVER do....LOL.


Steve and I are in the process of doing product testing on a SmokeStik line of ego like devices and ego/evod type tanks. Where the dice will land on the ejuice issue has not yet been determined....stay tuned.

oh I almost forgot!!! Something for spacekitty.....HEY SPACEKITTY...look!!!! I got FIDO a pet...hehe

Hey Lori! We need advocacy on all vapers' behalf--comments to the FDA, lobbying, PR. Everybody should get involved. Bill was so good on Stossel when he talked about e-cigarettes two, three years ago?

Anyway, CASAA is going to issue a Call to Action soon. I really hope you guys join us. It's a fight for our survival.

LOL.....ok...I'll take your word for that. I thought he was actually pretty cute. As a rule I don't like lions...for one thing..they are cats. But they are a particularly nasty cat with horrid social graces. The males personify everything I dislike about men in general. ...LOL But this one...with his squinty eyes....reminded me of the cowardly lion in W of O.

One of the things I liked when my kid was in the 4H club....and I'm pretty sure Boyscouts and Girlscouts do this as well...every Memorial Day they were REQUIRED to spend a certain amount of time in the morning...and then again in the evening....putting flags on the graves of people know to be KIA at the local cemetery. They did the same thing on Veterans Day only for all veterans of course.

I wonder...are kids REQUIRED to do anything at all anymore?
