Thunder/Megan - love the titles.

Received my Sure Burt today!
So yummy, tastes just like rainbow sherbet to me.
Love that each draw tastes a little different as different flavors come to the forefront. I hope that aspect doesn't steep out.

Citrus is the one flavor I still pick up from other vendors, so I find the lime/orange to be nice additions to the NT lineup.
Not as good as F5 to me though, but that's my ideal fruit flavor profile.

Only problem for me is stupid work delayed my order so I got 12mg instead of my usual 6...but Burt is so good I can't put it down.
:vapor:

HURRAY! So glad you <3 it !

After a run-around with USPS, Bert dropped today in my mailbox.

Device: VaporShark rDNA 30
Topper: Big Dripper V1 Dual Coil 0.7 28g
Watts: 25-30 (My sweet spot seems to be 26.0)
Nic: 6mg

This one is spot on. I get more of the citrus/lime combination as I turn the wattage up, but dropping it just a little bit brings in the other flavors and removes some of the tartness of the citrus (which was not overpowering to begin with). It got really smooth for me right around 26.0W. Exhaling through the nose brings out even more flavor from the juice. There is a nice creaminess/velvet type flavor that really blends the fruits together well. Great job Clark and Katy. This one is super-fine and PACKED with flavor. Well done!!!

Steep time. From the mail box to the device.

Atty: Magma.... duals built to 0.8 ohms ( fresh Cotton Bacon wick)

Device: Hana V3

Tasting notes: This one pains me a bit.

As most of you know, I love all things Nicoticket. This one has me a bit floored but its not all bad. I decided to load this one in the HM to play with the wattage and see where I might go with the build. I was quite excited to taste this as I've always had a thing for anything related to ice cream or sherbet. So I opened the first bottle and gave it the sniff test. Oh my! The aroma was amazing, a lovely tropical fruity bouquet with plenty of citrus. So I proceeded to dive in and load up. I started off at 9 watts figuring to bump up from there and proceeded to take a long and slow lung hit. I wasn't ready for what had just transpired. The citrus was there all right but the flavor was overwhelmingly bitter. so much so that it about knocked me out of my chair. I found myself immediately reaching for the water canteen that I always keep on the desk. Somewhat confused I thought "wait this can't be right" and hit it again. Played with the wattage up and down, Same results. Hmm, are my taste buds heading south? So after scratching my head a bit, I thought maybe it was just a bad bottle and decided to crack open the second bottle. It was a bit sweeter but close to the same. I had read the others reviews and thought to myself "where's the creaminess" the others were talking about? It's almost as if I had just taken a couple of chunks of grapefruit and lime rind and decided to chew on them. Not being one to give up all that easy, I started looking for alternatives. I do have some other juices that I dip into from time to time and one of them is Alpha Sweet Tooth which I use when a juice just has to be sweetened up a bit. ( I've never had to use it for anything Nicoticket but I can tell you this, Its the bomb mixed with Strawberry Symphony in a dripper!) So. I then proceeded to flush and re-wick. This time I loaded up with Sweet Tooth And the drizzled the Sure Bert over the top of it. Oh my! There it was in all of its glory. A very nice sherbet with all different blends of citrus fruit flavor. I have since then drizzled it over Frenilla, Hummingbird, and Cheese Cake all with delicious results.

I have really struggled with posting this review and in fact was thinking about placing my first person to person call to Clark on Monday before doing so just to see what his thoughts may be but, I ultimately decided to share this with the family to see if anyone has had similar results. As Clark has always stated, "Taste is subjective" and in this case that certainly rings true. I am also wondering if maybe this was just a mistaken mix?

In closing, I would just like to say to Clark that, You know I have nothing but love for you and Katy & Crew and I hope that this doesn't offend you and any way however, at this point it is what it is.

Still loyal to a fault my brother! distorto out.......:)

The lime is bitter like a freshly squeezed lime but I don't mind it. I've been dripping it over Raz Cup for some yumminess. The lime peeks through but it much more mellow.

I have a question for you regarding an RTA on a vv device. If I build a coil at .8 will the device not fire if the ohms are too low? I haven't tried it before but I. Interested in experimenting. Safely of course.

Hello Shoebunnie! That would depend on your device. The Hana is capable of sub ohming down to 0.3 ohms. Something such as an MVP ( if I remember right) can not go below 1.0 and in fact, should not fire when trying to do so.

That's pretty much what I wanted to know. So if I build at 1.0 I can play with wattage? I like the nautilus tank however if I bump up the voltage over 4.3 it starts tasting burnt and obviously with a Reo I can't find see how the flavor changes at different wattages.

DB, love the honest review. I think Clark and crew expect nothing less from the fam. Clark himself has never been shy about hating on the cookie, and it's one of my favorites when mixed with PBC so go figure. I can definitely relate to the, "what the heck just happened here" reaction to Bert. That lime kicked in for me and really knocked my socks off. After vaping and vaping and vaping some more I had to eventually admit I really liked having my socks knocked off. lol

wow, i get no bitterness at all. Even tried a .8 ohm single coil build on my magma just to see. And nothing. I get tangy at lower watts, and creamy at higher watts. Literally an hour after I had this in my hand, I picked up 2 more bottles from a secret not to be named member. This is going to go fast......... I will say, that I cannot ADV this, but I think it's because I'm not used to max vg, and the fruitiness is too much for me. But it is my mostly all day vape since I got it. This is why I need a savory vape, to balance it out.

You are in effect always playing with wattage whenever you change voltage or resistance. On a Reo or any mech mod if you put on a Nauti with a factory 1.8 ohm head you will be generating just under 10 W of power with a fully charged battery (4.2 V). If you put an RTA with a 1 ohm coil on the same Reo you would be generating about 17.6 W of power. The same RTA and Reo with a .5 ohm coil would generate about 35 W of power. So you can definitely adjust the power delivered in a mechanical mod like a Reo - it's just not as easy as spinning a dial. Feel free to PM me if you have questions and I'll help with whatever I can.

I dripped over 5ml in about 36 hours. I have tried to reason with my dripper and tell it I can load something else, but it won't listen to me. The dripper wants what the dripper wants.

Good Morning SB! What the scratch man is saying is essentially very true. At 1.0 ohms and 4.3 volts you are generating right around 18.5 watts which is perfectly fine except for one thing. AIR FLOW! Just like building a great fire in a fireplace, you can't get it going without ample air flow. The problem with building to lower ohms and higher power in units such as the Naughty's, Pro Tanks, Kayfun's and the like is the restricted air flow. Therefore, I would suggest to keep your builds ( if you feel the need to go lower) at between 1.2-1.4 ohms and restrict your voltage to between 3.6- 4.2 volts. Using the bump and run method, always start out at the lower voltage setting and bump up from there. Not all juices are created equal so if you are bumping up and start to get that burnt taste, simply bump back a bit and you should be fine. This is what I call finding the sweet spot.

If you find the need to produce a ton more vapor, then I would suggest you start looking at drippers or higher end Genny style units that allow for more air.

Wait a second, did anyone mention a Reo?
