I just got one built this morning. Very easy and works perfectly. And for the $2.50 it costs it cannot be beat.
I really messed up today, I bought 4- 35ml syringes and when I got home I thought man these look big, and went back and read the first post and seen it should be 20ml syringes. O well tomorrow back to the strore for a refund and hopfully the have the 20 ml.
Thanks for the information. Wow I can't imagine a 60ml tank, and I can believe its WAY FAT.LOL I'm pretty sure they will take these back because they are still in the wrappers and I will get the 20ml.You can use 'em,I made one back in january out of 2-60ml syringes, holds at least 20ml,but it is way fat so I don't use it.
20ml is just right, matches or almost matches most mods.
I will try a 10ml syringe also just to see what its like compared to the 20ml.ok just finished mine I use a 2 10ml sygringes it was all I had and I didn't have any of the right tools it was tough but I got through it, the hardest part was getting the ends on with the carto in it. it works surprisingly well I think I got 3.5ml ish of juice in there and he's so cute my little cheapo mini tank mod Thanks OP and Dave![]()

Okay... I went to tractor supply this morning and got 4 20 ml syringes and a small pipe cutter. I got a syringe trimmed off nicely (easier than I thought it would be), but my 4 year old is home now, so the tinkering has to stop till tomorrow.
Could you use a drill to drill a hole in the rubber syringe plungers, or is busting through it with a hammer and a dead carto a lot easier than I am imagining it will be? I also want to make a hole in the plastic to put a fill hole in. What I'm thinking of doing is putting the tube over a wooden dowel and just drilling through with a drill. Think it will work, or have a better suggestion?

If you take a steel carto tube and put it on a belt sander and sharpen the edges real sharp by turning it while the belt is going this will make for a perfect punch and go right threw the rubber plungers.
I get perfect clean holes using a hammer and old carto.
Sorry, I returned them before I seen your note.If you haven't returned them already, do you happen to know roughly what outer diameter of the 35mls is? If it's no bigger than the SB I might give those a shot
I actually boiled the rubber pieces for a couple min and the tubes also before I installed. No luck. Nasty rubber taste after a couple hours.
I put the old cart on the rubber plunger and stick it in a vice and just tighten away.
