Homemade syringe tank mod, looks easy!

Just had an idea for managing the adjustment of the carto hole/slot size ... by using a carto end cap - those silicone things (on 808s anyway). Cut of the end part off so just have a nice inert tight fighting band that fits around the carto and can be repositioned as required to partially obscure the opening.

Use with large hole or multiple tiny holes; or a slanted slot.

Hole too big? A bit of flooding? Grab a carto end-cap ...

Such a silicone band would allow the carto to be used stand-alone too.

Havent tried this caise its middle of night here, but I'm thinking put the cap on an (old) carto after removing the insert (other end from connector) and punching it through with a rubber mallet blow from connector end; much as we do with making holes in the syringe plugers.

Or just cut round with a craft knife.

Place in middle of carto and slide fown to partially cover hole/slot. If had 2 giles and only need 1, cut out part of one side of the band.

Welcome to da 'club'. I'm truly having trouble picking up an eMDCC after using these tanks. The vape and flavor are just fracking awesome, especially on my Buzz Pros at 4.1-4.7 VDC!

Good idea!

My, my! Someone's tune has changed from post #10. Iffy giving up his precious eMDCC??

I'm not giving 'em up... they just dropped to second place.

OK, what happened to all the options at the top of the response pane?

1 of the first punched carto's was way to big.. cut down the cap like mentioned above worked like a champ. Ok i guess i will have to add a fill plug since i seem to like and now trust what i made.....

Thanks all....

Good to hear :)

This way we don't waste a carto if we made the hole/slot too large initially; it's easily fixed.

The X was cut in the silicone band ?

Interesting way to make sure it behaves as a valve.

Perhaps LR cartos are less tightly packed with filler (?)
