I filled it through the filler port that is on the upper side of the tank. Would filling it with a syringe be a better method?
ETA: It only starts to leak when I begin to vape. It leaks all over the outside of the battery.

...sounds like possibly you are vaping too hard...maybe...the only leaking probs I have heard are from vaping to hard and leaving them out in the sun and heat..........

I understand that you don't add to the cart, but when you put in a new cartomizer, do you just let the tank fill it, or do you fill the carto the first time when its new?
Even with a new cartomizer, just fill the tank. I don't drip any into the cartomizer. For me, it seems that if the top of the filler gets wet, it's more likely to flood the carto. It doesn't make any sense to me, and I could be wrong, but that's how it seems to work out.
I would try another cart. Yours might be bad. I have not had one leak that bad. What tank do you have and what cart are you using?

You could try this with the left over cut syringe body that has the finger tabs. Cut it down to where it is short enough to hold the rubber. Place the rubber plunger in there and use that to square it up and hold it in place before you punch the hole with the cartomizer.
Is anyone considering selling them? My husband and I would love to try a couple of tanks but spending $20-30 each is just not in our budget right now. We would like to try and make them but we don't have the tools that are needed. I don't have a PayPal account but I can send a few bucks if anyone is willing to sell a couple for like maybe $10? I would also need a couple of cut cartos so we can try it. I can even offer 3 bottles of Rockstar juice as a trade for maybe a few extra cut cartos. I have cotton candy, strawberry/watermelon & grapermelon. All are 15ml, 18mg bottles with only a few drops missing. We didn't like them. I'm not sure of the pg/vg rational. Sorry. Thank You!

The go-go usa site does take credit cards, you have to go through paypal, but choose the option for 'Pay as a guest' or something like that. I don't know what Bill takes. Thank You again ricks and spazmelda. I just looked up the go-go tanks. What is that black plug? Is that how you fill the liquid? Also, have either of you used that tank and had any problems with leaking or cracking?
The black plug is the fill hole. Its a great idea. It allows easy filling with from a bottle. I make my own tanks so I don't have to buy one. If I did not make my own, This is the one I would buy.
