This is the same problem I've had almost since day one. Once they start flooding I haven't been able to stop them.
Have you or anyone else been having problems with the Boge 3.0's? I have been punching my holes the same as always. Also using the sames juices as usual. In other words, I've been using the same technique and equipment that have been making providing me with a near perfect vaping experience. I have been having wicking issues much more often.
They just won't wick the juice in. I've tried all the tricks, pulling air into the carto by sucking before I turn on my pv, priming with a few drops, fully filling the carto beforehand, no wicking, just burnt taste. I had 4 in a row I had to throw out. I put a cut condom around them and tried them out of the tank to be sure. They were no good.
And I've had a few that overwick for no reason at all.
The thing I have always loved about these is the consistency. I am getting really discouraged. I have tried lots of other cartos, but I want to keep using my Boge. But this is getting expensive. I'd say 20-30% of them are not working properly. I have tried 3 different suppliers with the same results.
I don't want to debate technique here, I know what has been working flawlessly for me; I just want to know if you are experiencing the same problems as I am.
You're not alone, I've been having the same problem with mine. I've tried 4, and only one vapes well. The filler material also is pretty frayed on most of mine, and doesn't look near as nice as other cartos I've used. I'm not sure if it's a QC issue or not. The odd thing is, even just filling one without making a tank, they don't seem to vape as well as I would expect. I've used the Boge 2.0's on my KGO and love them, so I'm very surprised that I've been having troubles with the 3.0's.
I also have some Smoktech 3.2's coming in that I'm going to give a try. I'm mainly using the Smoktech 2.0 dual XL cartos and absolutely loving them, but a 3 ohm is nice to conserve battery usage when out and about.

Five weeks is awesome! Is that a single coil or dual coil? After over five weeks on my original syringe tank carto, I replaced it today. The flav had dipped just a lil'. But, after I installed the new one, I decided that the ol' one will definitely go into da backup box. Pretty amazing how long they last in the tanks!
Also built my first leaker tank. Determined that I 'over sized' the filler port. View attachment 61164 At least it was a 1ml plunger plug. I can re-drill and use a 3ml plug.

Looks like you bought them all, they are out of stock.SMK Tech 510 1.5ohm XL Dual Coil Cartomizer (Stainless) from e-Vape-Kits; 20 for $33.90 shipped.
I'm mainly using a 5V FBM right now, but was actually thinking of trying those on my KGO, or maybe even the 1.25 dual.SMK Tech 510 1.5ohm XL Dual Coil Cartomizer (Stainless) from e-Vape-Kits; 20 for $33.90 shipped.
Somewhere back in the thread, someone cut a condom for a sleeve and put it over the holes, then cut an X over the holes. It seems like this would allow juice to be pulled in while taking a drag, and help to seal it off when idle. This might keep it from soaking too much while sitting and then flooding. Has anyone been using this idea?
The idea sort of worked with atomisers and carts because the bridge would slightly open the X. In our case, why would it open ? A good way to reduce the hole size though.
It wouldn't open, but should allow juice to be pulled thru it. I dunno, maybey it wouldn't work, just seemed like it might.
I like this idea, and will try it, Like they say in England (give it a bit of a go). LOLIt wouldn't open, but should allow juice to be pulled thru it. I dunno, maybey it wouldn't work, just seemed like it might.
