horrible questions people ask us while we vape

Me: Yeah, that's why I switched to vaping!

1- can I try it? No! Your breath smells like an ash tray and I have a bond with my device that I don't like to share

2- "you can't smoke that here " not a question, but whatever. It's not illegal drugs and it's not smoke.

3- does it work? I actually like answering this one, because yes, it worked for me, and if you open your mind and body to a new form of habit it may work for you

4- what is that thing? It's the bomb baby, and I'll be buried with it

Am I missing any annoying questions you get asked? Of course I am

The MOST annoying one of all: "So when are you going to stop doing THAT?" Like "THAT" is a fate worse than death or something. I just wanna choke 'em.

My answer: "When I stop being an addict."

Which means, not in this life.

The one I like best is "where do you get something like that"? I'm just too happy to tell them and give good directions to the nearest Vape Shop. " Another one bites the dust"!!!

I keep a small stash of business cards for my favorite local vape shop! I hand out 5-10 a week. I've had a few negative comments, but I've always enjoyed a good discussion and by the end of it, most have taken a business card and changed their minds about what "they" had told them!

Just say, that's right, propylene glycol is in antifreeze now so it won't poison dogs who lap it up. It won't poison people either.

I'm just glad I live in a state where people are mostly courteous, and vaping seems very well-received. Probably because there are so many smokers here, and just about everyone agrees, ANYTHING is better than smoking.

I'm new to vaping so I probably get on people's nerves who have been vaping awhile. My number one question is where do you buy your liquid. There are lots of people where I work that have switched to vaping in the last year or so. I also ask what flavor is that?

I have the typical ones that we all hate but I have two questions that NEVER get old , or at least not yet , and I ve been combustion free for almost three yrs . The first one is . Can I bum a light? And second is . Can I bum one of those . Both are always asked before said person realizes Im not smokin......ha....ha....ha.... In Canada too but I also see more Vape shops opening up all over. Hope this doesn't mean they are going to allow this for a while and then close them down after people have already sunk their hopes and dreams into running a small business.

Being faily new to vaping and not getting out much, I haven't been asked any questions, horrible or not, yet. But I can't wait for somebody to ask some version of the "Haven't you just exchanged one addiction for another?" question. Because then I can answer, "Well, back when I smoked cigarettes, I was addicted to nicotine, and now that I use this (holding up whatever I'm vaping), I'm addicted to nicotine. Can't see that I've exchanged anything."

Ok, I'll just go back to my room now.
